To my surprise, they carry a wide assortment of shoes. Brand name flats, tennis shoes, and even flip flops were offered. The sales associate was very helpful greeting me and asking me if I need help. She directed me to the general area of dress shoes. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and under $40. I found some lovely Life Stride patent pumps that had an additional discount. Not something I would normally pick but hey, but I wasn't really in the position to be too picky. Turned out they were very comfortable and sharp looking with my suit. Disaster averted- yay! I highly recommend stopping in here and checking out their assortment, especially if you're looking to save a little cash.

Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you". Felt bad employee vibe there. Was fitted with a very high arch shoe. When I tried them I mentioned…read morethe high arch feeling and tightness around the foot. The salesperson said she would loosen the shoe laces. I take partial responsibility for questioning that solution vs trying another shoe. Long story short, within 1 week of wearing the shoes I was in so much pain and noticed a bruise on the inside of my foot where the pain was located. I went back to my old shoes and made an appt with my podiatrist. I was diagnosed with posterior tibia tendonititis, put on PT for 1 month and have to wear a boot at night. As a courtesy I called the owner before writing this review and basically he said I should have called them for a refit and refund for the shoes . I did not do this because the refund policy stated they would not refund worn shoes and to be honest I did not feel comfortable with the negative employee interaction, thats where the bad vibes come in. Go somewhere else.
