Absolutely not worth your time, especially if you're driving any distance to visit. The store feels mostly like a discount/outlet store that also sells some donated items they receive. They get clearance merchandise that never sold from places like target and Kohl's. They obviously get a lot of junk from Amazon pallets too. The store is massive but a ton of the racks are the same exact 30 pairs of jeans priced at $20 so don't expect an incredible selection just based off the square footage of the building. Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you". Overall not too impressed with their items. This was a mix of Ross/Michaels with a thrift shop. Strange to see food with used items but good for people who cannot afford much. I probably would check expiration dates. There was a ton of clothes. Unfortunately I was not looking for clothes but looking for pottery and mugs. Their prices were about average but for some of the knickknack stuff it was a hit or miss. Good selection of clothes, ok selection for blankets and not too much household stuff. Updating my review as I visited a few times in the past six months and have been impressed. My neighbor asked me to go with her so I did. As other reviewers have said, the store is well organized. Prices are a hit or miss with some items but there are daily discounts for ticket colors. In addition to clothing, shoes, and household goods, there is also a few short and interesting aisles of snack and grocery items near the registers. Prices are deeply discounted. (Lara bars for 49 cents, chips for 50 cents, etc.) Not sure about expiration dates so check thoroughly but I've never had a problem with any of the items I bought in that section. Has doubled in price in the past month. Most shirts used to be $.99-$2.99 and now they're $5.99. They also retag items and change the color so they won't go on sale. There are never sales on children's clothes because of this. Employees are mostly in high school and most of the time are goofing off with their friends in the store. The older people that work at the store always have sour expressions and are not super kind and inviting. I've been going here because it used to be cheaper than the Goodwills, but now it's the same price and occasionally more. Super disappointing. They get all their merchandise for free so they should not be affected as much and need to double their prices. Be warned. read more

Not a bad thrift store to go to, especially if you want clothes. They have some clothes that are clearly new, unsold stock; for instance, I got a Sailor Moon tshirt with a Meijer's tag still on it, and they had multiple of many sizes. The media section has grown smaller over the years, but there is still a section of books and movies, along with other small household goods and children's toys in the back of the store. Be careful in their little grocery section in the front of the store though! I found MANY items that were past the eat by/expiration date. I found a pack of gummy candy a month and a half past its date, but then I found some cookies and other boxed snacks that had a date of August '23 on it-- seven months ago! I know food don't immediately go bad the day after that date on the package, but eating seven month past due Dunkaroos and paying the exact same amount you'd pay at a 7-Eleven for in date ones does NOT sound like something I'd like to do! The woman at the counter was nice enough, but the entire transaction, she was talking to another customer (a friend?) to the side about plans for an upcoming vacation. If there were no customers, that's one thing, but there should be some consideration to cut a personal conversation like that short when another customer is present, especially when that other customer is soliciting the worker for a vacation rental home. read more

I like this Value Village location. I was able to find a few good deals in the store today. The store was organized and employees were working hard to keep the place restocked and orderly. Hard to believe they have no 'public' restrooms!! Especially as this is a 'browsing' store. There's lots of interesting stock, but customers with babies, or young children have to leave if nature,or a poopy diaper, calls. not at all customer friendly.
