I purchased two pair of shoes, they had a sale for buy one pair at full price get the 2nd one for 1/2 off three weeks ago. One of the shoes had a manufacture's defect and the right shoe in the toe area was ripping. These sneakers were $104.99. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I was told basically it was a entailed repair and it would cost $30.00. Since the shoes were less than a month old I called the store this morning and spoke to Heather, the store manager. She was helpful on the phone. She checked to see if they had the same shoe in the store and found it and put it aside for me. I was initial impressed with her. BUT, it didn't last. When I arrived at the store I found the same sneakers in black and wanted to additional purchase them as well as exchange the defective pair. There are two huge signs in the window buy the first pair at regular price and get the second one at half price. I asked Heather if I could purchase the additional pair at half off. She said yes! Then when we got to the register and she looked at my receipt she changed her mind and said I had already purchased a pair at half off at the time of the initial transaction. I was in SHOCK! Where is the customer service!?! I was again purchasing a new pair of shoes at full price!!!! I should have been allowed to buy the second pair at half off. I was a very happy customer of this location. I have bought all my families sneakers at this store since they opened it. I will never be back again. I will drive to any other location. After all the money I've spent in that store to not be given the slightest customer service gesture is absolutely unacceptable. And lets' not forget that the whole reason this happened was I purchased a pair of shoes for over $100.00 that were defective! Heather should be ashamed of herself and in my opinion is totally unqualified to be a "manager". She needs training in "customer service" at the very least! Come on Sketchers replace this women!!!!

My puppy chewed the heels off several of them and the vintage heels sole had gotten gooey with age. Over $1500 worth of shoes that would have been tossed if it wasn't for this place! The family is the sweetest and this is a dying art. My shoes are broken in so perfectly I didn't want to buy new and not only that mine are vintage they don't make them anymore! It appears that both my legs are the same height so I don't need lifts which is good to know. I bought new sneakers, flip flops, socks that have a right and left foot, and had an order submitted to have insoles made for my left foot. I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. His girlfriend tried to stop him and he was being threatening. I will never shop at this store again as it's clearly not even safe.

Needed some photos copied, in the electronics dept. Of the 3 computers, only one was working and…read moresomeone had broken a piece of a memory stick off, into the slot. One of the elecetronics employees worked, using all kinds of little pieces of things to get that usb slot freed of whatever was broken and stuck in it. He fixed it and I was able to print photos. Unfortunately, many of them weren't printed right, so I had to return to get them reprinted. An employee, Gael, helped me. He edited several photos and reprinted them for me, then helped me select a security camera. Super helpful and a true asset to the store and electronics dept. Gael is very young but, I see a great future in whatever he does. Kudos to him. I want to add that, I have never had an issue with returning any item here. Any employee that's helped me during a return has been really kind and respectful. ( wish I could remember the lady that helped me the last time I was there for a return. She was great!) Working in returns can be pretty unpleasant but, I have never been treated poorly there.
