I also have enjoyed their alligator, rabbit, buffalo and so much more. This is truly a unique place to shop. If you are interested at all in exotic meats this is the place to go. Not only do they carry it right in their store, but you can mail order it too, that is great for gift giving. Plus they give you tried and true recipes to help you out. This neat store also carries various seasonings to help you make your meal taste the best it can. Now I really hate mushrooms, and my daughter loathes them...BUT I found a wonderful mushroom seasoning there that we just can't live without anymore. It is called 4Shroom and it is by P Dickey's. Not sure if it is available anywhere else but I know you can get it at MacFarlane's ! If you ever had wanted to try something different, MacFarlane's is the place to go, especially if you can get to one of their taste test days...all sorts of FREE samples to tempt your taste buds. As I walked my person back to the car the owner came out and offered to allow us to get our Ice cream since we made the trio and it was her first time there. We both chose a flavor but Chocolate "which was what my client really liked" was out and they were unloading new product from the truck. She was fine with the other flavor but was not as happy until the owner came out and gave her a nice serving of chocolate ice cream to go for later. She was so touched and her face lighted up and we offered to pay for it but he said it was his pleasure and that was so kind. I know this ice cream speaks for itself because it is so good, but the service and owners are the whipped cream on top!! God Bless this place with much continued success.
