This place is awesome to chill with friends and play some games of pool. They have a little menu that has like pizza and chicken wings and french fries like bar food. The staff is super welcoming. Very happy definitely great personalities there. The ambience is nice. I've been to Racks-N-Cues Billiards twice so far. Once at a staff holiday party a couple years ago, and then a second department staff fun day recently from a department meeting vote... We picked this place. Very nice staff, and always a good time. Simple beer choices , but always top brands id look for. 805 on my choices this evening I went. We played pool, darts, shuffle board, and I noticed a couple pinball machines . I haven't been here on my own, since I live nearer to Petaluma. Night life at the pool tables there I'm familiar with, but not really familiar at this part of town. Like I said , company events here. Nothing extra, no dive bar setting. Just a fun place to play some pool. Staff, environment, and parking - all great. Right in the middle of a large shopping center next to Raley's. Wanted to kill some time so came here. Decided we didn't really feel like getting on a waitlist to shoot pool but they do have several tables. Instead figured we'd just grab a bite to eat. Kind of pricey and don't have much even for a hotdog. It was okay. Server was nice and we thought the mystery bags they sell were pretty fun. We saw people getting them and it was quite the variety. This place may appear on your google map as a paint store. I guess this establishment is new. We were so happy to find it right next to the Tesla charging station. We were in need of something to drink and in need of the restrooms. The owner is remarkably friendly, the place is new, spacious, sparkling clean and our beer hit the spot. There were many people there enjoying the pool tables. The business seems to be well-managed and a safe and fun place to mingle with friends and enjoy a game. Darryl and Racks-N-Cues hosted the June 2025 stop for the West Coast Women's Tour, a nine ball tournament. Most of us had never been to Windsor before, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were in for a treat! Everyone working at Racks-N-Cues was fantastic. Mr. M said the Carla was one of the best people in customer service that he's ever encountered, which is saying a lot. She and the other staff went around the room frequently to see if anyone needed anything, while being stealthy as one needs to do during serious competition. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the pesto fries, crispy and delicious. The sandwiches looked really good as well. I still want to try the tempura brussels sprouts and the chicken parm sandwich. They have three old school corkboard dartboards, shuffleboard, foosball, giant connect four, and so much more. We saw some customers enjoying lunch in the game area, and the kids were having a great time, away from the tables so as not to distract the players. A brilliant, family-friendly set up. The touchtunes jukebox kept the jams going, at a perfect volume. Everyone I spoke to on the Tour gave Racks-N-Cues a big thumbs up. I hope they give us the same, I'd love to come here again in 2026. A very welcome addition, good selection of brews and ciders with great food to go with your beverage of choice. 7 foot and 9 foot tables, leagues you can join beginners on up, tournaments to test your skill level. What a great surprise finding this little hidden treat! This place has a TON of pool tables, even 2 old school coin-op tables, air hockey, Foosball, darts and a REAL SHUFFLEBOARD!!! They jukebox was playing some tunes and they have a great selection of beers on tap. I ordered the dirty fries and a modelo, hubs got the 5pc chicken tenders with fries and an 805. So good! The dirty fries were topped with pico de gallo, cheese sauce, jalapenos, onions, sour cream all on top of a batch of fries. Then the tenders come with different fries, they have a coating or seasoning on them? Yum. They also have good ranch, very herby. The people running the place were so nice, then the owners came over to say hi too. Super friendly and welcoming, we'll be back!!! read more

The staff was friendly and welcoming to me and my family. We went around early dinner time on league night. This place is exactly what Windsor needs! Around the place is a bunch of places to park and eat! It is a perfect place to stop by before or after a meal. The inside was very nice and clean. There is a bunch of pool tables and a bunch of other games to keep you occupied for hours. There is also plenty of options for seating, whether you want to play pool or just hang out. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! The place has no hard alcohol but plenty of options for beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks. To play on the tables, you need to rent them out which was pretty decent! The bathrooms and bar area are super nice and clean. This place has the makings of being a staple establishment in Windsor! The staff were so nice, pleasant and patient! I am excited to go back! read more

I was excited to try this new place. Met my friend there after work, walked in looking around feeling excited about it. The problem was I brought in my Hyrdoflask (filled with water) and a very rude older man said "no outside food or drink" my reply was that it was only water. He said " I don't care no outside food or drink". So my friend and I turned on our heels and walked right back out. Dirty Fries were great, and can't go wrong with a 22oz 805 Blonde. came here on a Sunday with my kids to play pool & it was busy, but not too packed for them to play with their friends. I loved that I could order food, a glass of wine & just hang out while they all had fun. If the kids got thirsty there was a water station, but of course, food & beverage were always available to order, which we got chicken tenders, fries & churro bites. $7/hour for kids to pool & safely indoors is an amazing value.
