It was only 8:40, and when my husband asked why, she gave him a pretty sharp look before finally coming back and taking our order. We both got bacon cheeseburgers with fries. The fries were fine, but the burgers were terrible -- dry, completely lacking flavor, and clearly unseasoned. I just don't understand why bars bother offering food if they aren't going to put any effort into making it decent. We each only managed to eat half of our burgers, which is rare for us. On top of that, service was lacking. Our server never checked back on us, and we had to walk up to the bar just to flag someone down. Meanwhile, the bartenders were having the loudest time in the whole place, yelling and laughing amongst themselves louder than any of the actual customers. Overall, the vibe was off, the food was bad, and the service wasn't much better. We won't be going back.

The worker at the desk was very helpful. They have both Indoor and Outdoor courses. You play all you want for the day for one price. You can keep your ball as a souvenir or recycle it when you are done. They donate $0.25 to charity for each recycled ball. I do not drink alcohol and many places here in the Midwest do not serve sweet tea. I have brought my own sweet tea countless times to restaurants and no one cared... that is until Bellevue Tap. I sat down and the first thing I said was I was here for wings. The lady noticed my tumbler and asked what was in it. I said sweet tea. She then told me I couldn't have that in there. I did not see a sign anywhere that was posted about not bringing outside drinks especially one they did not have on hand. I guess she thought I was going to pick the wings over my sweet tea and well, she was wrong. I got up and left. Before I wrote this review, I googled to see if I was at fault for bringing in my own drink. The only thing I could find was the restaurant could ask me to leave. But I told her I was going to order wings. I thought if I wanted to give them money, they wouldn't care. Like I said, I have lived in the Midwest for 4 years and brought in my own sweet tea to countless places. No one else cared and I even asked if it was ok several times before. I can understand if I was not going to order food or they had sweet tea on hand on why they would tell me not to bring it in. The lesson here...Don't mess with this Bama Boy and his sweet tea!
