Really wanted to have trusted bike shop nearby, but this isn't it. Took to beach cruisers in for check up and tire repair. Two (2) tubes and a "check-up" was $150 and nothing was checked or repaired. The one cruiser still does not stop on back-pedal (which is used to) and the response is "we told you when you picked up we didn't fix that".... Lesson learned.. read more

Franks knowledge about cycling in the area is impressive; they provided excellent recommendations for trails and routes suited to my skill level. The customer service was top-notch, and their passion for cycling really shows. 10/10 would recommend to any cyclist! The service for repair and recommendations for the area is top tier. At the end of the day was left with purchasing a quality full size bicycle Sunday High-C for daily use. Also received the sealant for a fee set up for the thorns and punctures. Took a couple of e-bikes to Rad Stop on two different occasions this past week. Had no reservations, just showed up looking for some servicing. I met with Steve, the repairman working at the shop. On each occasion Steve immediately began working on each of mine and my wife's bike. In less than 45 minutes, working on each bike, Steve completed the servicing. He really knows his trade and offers great customer service. I went home a happy customer and plan to use Rad Stop for all my future cycling needs. read more

After researching bikes to ride out in the desert, we went to the Rad Stop Bike Shop for a second visit. My wife and I talked extensively about what we were looking for with the bike shop owner. He suggested that the VTUVIA was the bike, and to buy the pink tire protection due to the many cactus needles that are in the desert. Upon him telling us that yes this bike works riding out in desert, we decided to buy the bike. He told us if we would pay cash, he wouldn't have to charge us the sales tax of $200, so we went and got cash. This was on 11/4/2024. On 11/6/2024, the bike was losing power and it had to be taken back to the store to be looked at. The repairman rode the bike and made adjustments and I brought it back home. On 11/7/2024, it was taken back to the store for two reasons. One was to put the other tire protect in the bike tube the other was that it was loosing power again and had a flat tire. They stated that they would need to keep it through weekend to work on. On 11/12/2024, the owner called to have the bike picked up. I went there. The owner got very heated. He stated that this is the desert meaning in town not out in the full desert. He lied to us to get us to buy the bike. After a heated conversation, he called me stupid and said he was going to kick my f...king ass. I reminded him that I was the customer. He told me to quit interrupting him. He was spitting as he spoke.I left. This guy and place is aweful. He is a crook and this has been turned into the Better Business Bureau. Watch out senior citizens he doesn't care who he goes after if you cross him. read more

I needed some adjustments for 2 hybrid bikes. One of the bikes needed new tires and tubes, which I bought from Amazon. I asked for any repairs and the replacements. I was told $60 ( per bike). He had them done the same afternoon. I picked them up the next day and shockingly got my bill for $161.50, which was a card price. I paid cash so I would pay $150. I believe that I got RIPPED-OFF! I all I wanted was to have my tires & tubes put on and some minor adjustments. I WILL NEVER TAKE A BIKE THERE AGAIN!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! read more

Frank the owner is very professional with great communication and customer service. The shop is clean sells skate boards, bikes, and e-bikes.
