This store was on our way to Hartwell. We needed some ingredients for our upcoming chicken biryani dish for our NYE reunion weekend. Let me say, everyone in my group was surprised by the variety available. We are all from NYC and know our way around ethic/international grocery stores. Radha beats out any store in major cities with its organization and insane variety spices, rice, ghee, papadam (microwavable versus frying variety). We kept to our mission of our three items and left. But for my one friend who is relatively local, he was very happy with this discovery. read more

When I moved here I was very surprised by the amount of Indian specific grocery stores available to me. I visited most of them before accidentally stumbling across Radha when another store was closed. I only go here now and the staff all know me and my family. I do stick out as a white lady sometimes with her Indian family but often not; and everyone treats me well. It's a bit of a madhouse on Saturday evening when fresh produce arrives but I've seen worse in Bangalore. They have all of the staples of Indian cuisine and fresh hot samosas at the register. It is pricey but most of it is imported so I get it. The refrigerated sweets are pretty fresh and very good as well. They have curry leaves and ready made dosa batter. Go here. read more

I've been shopping groceries at Radha for over 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have everything from spices to vegetables that you can think of. They get fresh stock every Wednesday and they are always on top of it to make sure they are not selling any old/expired stock. They have been a huge help during the corona virus pandemic as they made efforts to help their customers get fresh stock. I would highly recommend this grocery store. read more

It is a typical Indian grocery store. They have products manufactured by Deep, Nanak and Laxmi to name a few.They don't offer Swad products. They have plenty ready-to-eat food. Also something that I like is the spices section in the store have wide range of whole spices as well as ground ones. I don't find the greens to be very fresh. The staff is very cordial. Something that I am waiting to purchase from this store is Kashmiri pink tea which is unusual to find in Indian stores. read more

I love this grocery store. I'm just getting into trying my hand at some dishes and they have the spices I need. Sure, I could go across the street to Walmart for some things, but I like the atmosphere of this store. I wish I knew the woman's name who runs it with her family, however, she is beyond the sweetest woman ever. She makes the samosas and I'm hooked- never had one before there. And she greets me with a smile. The young man who also runs the store, is helpful as well. I went in to make my own chai masala and bought the whole spices. He suggested the masala already made, however, understood that I wanted to try making it first. He was very nice when I came back and bought the spices in the powdered form after my experiment went wrong (lol.) I will always go back here. read more

The most honest shopkeeper I've ever met ----Radha Indian Grocery store in Greenville SC . I lost my wallet with all my credit cards, debit card, giftcard, AAA card, some cash and my driver's license. I thought it was lost and gone forever. Anyway, I got home last night and contacted Walmart a few times to find out if someone turned in any wallet but unfortunately the answer was no. Next day afternoon I got a phone call from an unknown number and the guy on the other side said that he found my wallet in the Walmart parking lot and I can come and collect anytime from Radha Indian grocery store. I was lost for words and I also, overjoyed. I picked it up today afternoon and it was completely intact. Thank you so much once again !! read more
