I attended an event at the St. Pete location (not my usual one) and purchased a treatment that needed to be scheduled for a later date. Roughly 10 days later, I learned the St. Pete location had closed. I contacted the Tampa location, was connected to Clearwater, and successfully scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, while I was already on my way to the Countryside location, I received a call canceling it. Staff said they would follow up to reschedule, but I never heard back. I then called the Tampa location every day for a month and received no answer. This sequence of events, selling a treatment at a location that closed shortly afterward, canceling an appointment with no follow-up, and then being unreachable for weeks has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I no longer feel I can trust the company or its staff. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so other longtime customers don't have the same experience.

As soon as I left I had welts all over my face, it was painful and swollen ( I've been getting Botox for years and that has NEVER happened) so I went home and followed directions not to exercise or lay down for 8 hours I even set a timer. The next day I woke up and the welts, inflammation, feeling of being sick and tired were still present (again this has never happened in 10 years of getting Botox) I wrote them an email because it was the weekend and they were closed and Taylor texts me back stating that this is normal and it should go away. I'm having really bad symptoms so I get an appointment with an actual doctor who tells me to drink Benadryl every 6 hours and go to an emergency room immediately if I experience shortness of breath. For the past 3 weeks I've called and emailed ( 3 times) requesting for a call back from the owner as this ruined my Christmas and new years and not only did I not receive a call back but this place blocked my number!!!!! I can barely talk as the Botox administered around my mouth has left it pulled and super uncomfortable but I still have the bumps were the Botox was administered on my forehead! I don't know what product was used or how it was injected but any reputable business would have returned the call request for the owner. All I had was Taylor getting snippy because I preferred advice from a actual doctor rather than someone who works at this location. I have proof of all of what I'm stating, the text message's and the picture I attached. This isn't a review from a competitor or some fake post please be careful not only did I have a medical problem but I'm being ignored and blocked so they obviously don't stand behind their business .

I was a business owner, and I would have honored a price that someone I hired told my customer. They were all nice people, but it shouldn't be my fault that a mistake was made on their end. Also, when I got there, they said they didn't have an appointment for me, but they could work me in and I had the text confirmation, and they blamed that on something else as well. I just don't think they have their stuff together.
