And if you're a woman over 40, expect condescending treatment from the manager.

Abby is another girl that works there facilitated my localized cryotherapy two times and is amazing. She is fun, kind and knowledgeable too. I can't wait to go back and take my son too as he is a college athlete and would benefit from reducing inflammation in his body. If you are new to Fitness and need further guidance, ID shop around at a more commercial gym ( not Planet Fitness) I used to be a Personal Trainer at Choice Fitness Haverhill and they can better help the "unfamiliar" gym goers.
