I made my appt through Nelle, who made it super easy, Lauren made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, and Tasha was the NP who started my IV and explained the different drip options they had available. They had a very comfortable waiting room, warming neck pillow, water, tea, snacks, blanket if you get cold, etc. The staff here really makes sure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience. 10/10 for service. As far as the IV, even if you're scared of needles, Tasha made it super easy. I honestly barely even felt it, it felt less than a small pinch for 1 second. I decided to try the Myers' Cocktail with added glutathione and ALA. This formula is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and hydration. I usually don't sleep very well, but last night was the best sleep I've gotten in months. Overall, Luxe Medical Aesthetics highly exceeded expectations. I'd never had IV drip therapy before this, but they made it very approachable and explained every step of the process. This is my third time year. My first was a consultation to discuss payments and plans for my face…read more I wanted my freckles gone so Dr Kim suggested the Pico Laser. I have literally been burned before with a Broad Band Laser and Moxi so I was terrified to even consider a laser. We did a YAG type laser first for the mole on the side of my nose. It helped get the deeper part out and now we are working on the superficial part of the mole. The numbing cream is excellent. I'm so sensitive to pain that if it isn't effective it's not happening. I also got RG microneedling for my crepey neck which seems to be currently exfoliating. I got a package of three for both the Pico and RF microneedling and then a microbotox session after the Pico is done. We shall see how everything turns out. Updates in a few months.

On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I want to start by saying the staff I interacted with were kind and professional on a personal…read morelevel. This review is not about their demeanor it's about the guidance I was given. I came in as someone who has lost 130 pounds and has been consistently maintaining a structured routine: approximately 1700 calories per day, around 170g of protein, weightlifting 3-4 times per week, and daily walking. This approach has clearly been effective and sustainable for me. During my consultation, I was told that based on my resting metabolic rate (~1600), I should be eating around 1100 calories per day. When I explained my current intake and results, I was met with visible shock and told, "that's why people don't lose weight." I found this response not only dismissive, but concerning. Recommending an intake significantly below resting metabolic rate especially to someone of my height (5'11") and activity level raises serious concerns about sustainability and overall health. After the appointment, I followed up with my physician, as well as a certified nutrition professional I've previously worked with, both of whom confirmed that this recommendation was not appropriate. I understand that different providers may have different approaches, but presenting extremely low caloric intake as a standard solution, and doing so with a high level of confidence when challenged, is something I feel potential clients should be aware of. Given my experience, I will not be returning. I hope this feedback encourages a more individualized and evidence-based approach for future clients.
