Personally, I had a negative experience with Amerejuve. Amerejuve recommended restylane for me. It was injected improperly in a way that left lumps in uneven sections of my face which took 4 months for them to address and I still have the large lumps which are rather noticeable. It also did not address the issues I was facing in any way. I'm going to seek a cosmetic dermatologist now. The staff is nice, but I've lost a decent amount of money, time, and have long-lasting issues that negatively affected my facial appearance. read more

Horrible results! I purchased lip filler and Botox on a special. My lips are flat, and lumpy and have blisters. I had to go to my PCP for Medication post this experience. The Botox was non-reactive as she injected over 30 units in my forehead, then two weeks later over 20 more when "for years" I had 30 injected with great results from my Dermatologist who recently moved out of state. I would avoid this business at all costs and if you do use them, make sure to get everything in writing as they will change the terms of deals and agreements they make to get your money. After a long delay, I called to set up an appointment for laser hair removal that I have gotten in the past. I know I still had two or three treatments left of a 6 session package. I was informed that the package that was purchased had expired, and that they do so after 1 year from purchase. This was never mentioned or even hinted at during purchase or on any of my visits. I talked to Amber about the situation and don't think she could have been more condescending. I am sure this was not a policy when the package was purchased, and if there had been any communication (text, e-mail, etc.) on a pending expiration, I would have taken action. Again, with these questionable business practices, I would avoid this place like the plague. Speaking of which, this was all during the time of Covid, which did nothing but delay my treatments. Again, with these questionable business practices of seemingly changing policies/agreements, I would look elsewhere for services. read more

Worst worst worst experience and people I have ever seen. The location manager Amber is super rude to me as if she was giving service for free. All of sudden they tell our policies have changed and that I need to use 6 of my medium areas in 2 months and this happened in October 2021. I kept those areas only for my face but now i have to use it for the areas I didn't wanted to do laser. So I told her the 2 areas confirmed and 3rd i told i might change. So I went for my 3 areas appointment in November 2021 I told her in the beginning that which 3rd area I wanted to do. She was like we cant the whole area as we appointments lined up n all. I got in and was out in 10-12 mins during that time their laser gas got over and they took that time into my appointment. Anyways as per the appointment email they have given each area 15 mins so i had my 1st appointment at 12 pm so for 3 areas they should take time and do my laser until 12.45pm. When asked why the technician did so litte for the 3rd Miss amber started arguing saying that your membership is over and we are just honoring you and doing favors by giving you those lasers. I was like I haven't told about the policy change until last month and now all of sudden honoring and favors comes in and went into an argument. After the whole situation now they are not allowing to come to the location nor they are answering my calls. I don't care what they want I want my refund for 3 pending areas and lifetime membership payment. I would expect some decent reply. This experience is harassment and bullying to me and not you as you already took the payment and than no reply regarding refund. read more

I just went yesterday for the 2nd time for Botox. The dr saw me earlier than my appointment time and after looking at me she said I needed to wait another month. No charge for the visit. This gives me so much confidence in them as a provider that they aren't just going to give me what I asked for, but deny it and tell me why and then have me reschedule for the next month. The staff of the Katy location is great. I have been going to them for the past 8 months and have no complaints! They make sure you fill out a patient questionnaire every time to assure you are fit for the laser, thus preventing any burns. They are also great at making appointments and flexible with changes without charging their customers. The laser is working well so far although I have not completed my sessions. No greeting when I got in the office. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally asked when I would be able to go back, and the receptionist hadn't even taken my form that I filled and had to ask what my name was, despite the fact that she was sitting right there when I walked in. Then she finally told me she they were waiting on the laser and offered me a water-all of which should have been done right when I walked in. I usually go to the Galleria clinic, and the Katy clinic had failed to ever get my records of settings before my appointment. Extremely unprofessional. My technician wouldn't discuss my settings with me or tell me what setting she used, despite the fact that I told her my prior treatment was basically non effective, since I experienced normal hair growth the entire two months between sessions. She expressed no concern or care for the fact that I was unsatisfied with my treatments. read more
