September 2025: when I called they did inform me that they were not in network; however I let it be known I had worn a partial tooth for over 3 decades and I had lost it. I specifically asked for a consultation on how much that would cost with my insurance being out of network. BEFORE making appt i reiterated i wanted a consultation only and asked if there would be any fee to me being out of network. 'No, your consultation is covered.' CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT FREE apparently , they billed my insurance subsequently for a $91.00 visit out of network. They got paid $46.00 and I received a prompt text that I needed to pay an additional $45.00! I don't really care they got paid the $46.00 but to harass me for $45.00 for 6 minutes of being with the 'Doctor' to tell me it would be $1000 out of pocked for tooth #7 flipper is outrageous. NO X-RAYS: nothing but a few minutes of 'consultation'. SO I GUESS SHE WANTS TO MAKE $910/hr if you extrapolate that math????? before hardware??????? Also big shout out to the staff, the treatment coordinator gave me an accurate and fair quote before the treatment over the phone (many I called would not do this) and was very pleasant. I also really appreciated Dasia the dental assistant, she has a lot of experience and her calming and pleasant demeanor definitely helped ease my nerves (I am a very nervous patient lol). I was referred to this office by my primary dentist to have a root canal. Before going to…read morethe appointment I made contact with my insurance provider to make sure they accepted my insurance and were in my network. I also called the day of my procedure to make sure that everything had been verified with my insurance. On March 03/06/2024 i went into their office and had the root canal and at the end of my procedure I was given a final bill which was my portion to pay of 600.00 I paid this amount with my credit card and walked out the door. Then three weeks later on 03/28/2024 I get an email stating I owe 555.00 more. I then hung with them called my insurance provider we did a three way call and the conclusion was a complaint is going to be filed against this office because my insurance provider told me that they billed me for additional services that they informed them that was not authorized and was unnecessary for the procedure I had. My provider told me these other services that we're preformed were unnecessary for a root canal and it seemed also to them that they we're just trying to run up my bill for their own financial gain. Beware this company will add additional procedures to your bill that are not necessary just to scam you out of your money. Please anyone do not use this office they will scam you.

There have been small staff changes over the years however the loving environment, care of patients, detail and love remained. I had an appointment yesterday after a very long an exhausting day. It actually got better when I walked in and saw their faces. Pretty sure I fell asleep during my cleaning lol. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the DFW area. I live everyone here. They always remember us and conversations start where they last ended. They are so nice and friendly.

Today, my son received his regular annual cleaning at another office with no issues and no extra charges, fully covered by insurance. Based on this experience, I do not trust this practice. I strongly recommend doing your research and seeking second opinions before agreeing to any additional services here. Be cautious -- this office appears to focus heavily on upselling unnecessary treatments.

I had an emergency visit for my first visit from an old silver crown spot and fractured tooth. Kylie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and then Dr Perry explained work I needed. The following week I went in and I swear it was the best experience for what I was having done. Samantha was assisting Dr Perry and she even got me an ice pack for my jaw when I said it was hurting some. Super impressed with the whole staff. Very friendly and understanding.
