This Aspen Dental location is great! I am always able to be seen within a reasonable amount of…read moretime. In fact, I've had dental emergencies and was able to be seen the same day. I had zoom whitening, a cleaning, and now a couple root canals and crowns. During each visit, I feel listened to and respected. The staff is professional, patient, and empathetic. Dr. Yates is wonderful. He's friendly, knowledgeable and very good at what he does; I trust him. If you need a root canal, Dr. Ryan, whom is one of their available endodontists, is absolutely wonderful. She performed my root canals and they were delightful. I know that sounds very weird, but it was painless. I mean no pain at all. She really took care of me by making sure I was absolutely numb and comfortable. I am ever so grateful! The entire team at Aspen Dental are superstars, which is why they are my go-to place for my dental needs. Overall, I feel that I get quality service by compassionate and knowledgeable doctors and staff.

I went there for a dental implant so I did my homework up front. I specifically asked if they took…read moremy insurance for an implant and was told that they did. I also asked about the cost and was told it would be no more than $2000 without insurance. After about 8 X-rays , I was taken to their green room and was told they didn't except my insurance and the cost was double what I had been quoted. I just received a bill for $147 for nothing. I will not go back.
