I've been a monthly member of radiant car wash in Auburndale for a few months now. They have high-quality car wash and there's never a line and always get in and out quickly. I love that they have the vacuums available however, some of the stations are not as strong as the others and a few times I've needed to pull into another station to use the vacuum. The towels in the glass cleaner worked well for the interior. Only one time when I had some spiderwebs on my car did it not fully get them off and I had to scrub them off by hand in one of the stations. Overall, I would highly recommend this and the monthly plan is a way to go as I can go whenever I want and don't have to worry about it. Raining after I wash my car. read more

My update(unfortunately)....Beware. This car wash took me for over $800 during covid. I went for one car wash...JUST ONE and they kept charging my card afterwards over and over. Please be careful people! I tried to remedy the situation with the company to no avail. I finally got it canceled but they would not refund my money for the services I never received. They can tell how many times a vehicle goes through their carwash by the license plate. I paid for one and was charged for many more. read more

Just went through radiant car wash in ZEPHYRHILLS and as usual when I approach to get on the rack to guide you through the car wash, the guy has a closed fist like in defiant then he tells me why you didn't stop. I said that's not a stop gesture you're supposed to hold your hand up for stopping. Then I had to back up. They always have somebody there that does not know what they are doing. I also asked if the love bugs are gonna get off of the windshield oh yeah, they said. When I went through there were still lots of love bugs on my windshield and on my bumper and I paid extra for the best car wash. I think I'm gonna go someplace else. They keep hiring these people that don't know what they're doing. Very disgusted. read more

Just want to give a Shout out for the Radiant Car Wash in Poincianna. I have been going there for 4 years now and it is awesome. The staff led by Crystal the manager, are always friendly and helpful. The Car Wash always has dry towels to wipe down your car, as well as vacumes that ACTUALLY WORK AND DRAW THE DIRT OUT OF YOUR CARPET. I used to go to the car wash down the street from them, and RADIANT is so much better. Never a scratch on the car, from the soft brushes, It does as good a job as I can do by hand. I have gone there and had no problem but one of my neighbors went there and the car wash machines malfunctioned and put a BIG HOLE in the passenger side of the vehicle around the hood of the vehicle. The manager told them that they would send it to corporate and felt sure that it would be taken care of. Well Corporate came back and said that they clearly state that they are not responsible for any damage made to a vehicle and basically said FU. So beware. I will not be going back there even though I have never had a problem just in case their machines malfunction again. Just a Heads UP. This company needs to realize that they can not treat customers like this and be successful. Many I know will not be going back there because of this. read more

I have used this car wash many times, however, the last time I did, my back windshield wiper was ripped off the back window, even after it was taped down with 3 long strips of masking tape. i have a brand new Mazda SX30. I filed an incident report with the on-site manager, wrote to the company, and have not heard back at all. I will need to pay for the repair myself as it appears the company isn't concerned about its' equipment damaging customer's automobiles. I visited Radiant Express Car Wash at 2049 US 92 Auburndale, FL today 2/10/2025 and needless to say I will never use this place again. I decided to get my car washed today using the free car wash pass that was given to me by their management for the funds they could not refund me due to over charging my account after I cancelled my membership months in advance. My car entered the car wash just fine but just as the suds were being raised and dried off my car I heard two very loud cracks as their machine was literally trying to rip my rear window off. Upon exiting the actual car wash I pulled in to vacuum area to assess the damage. I immediately notified the manager on duty that my rear window was busted due to there machine ,and that they are responsible and need to pay for damages. The manager on duty stated he would call his district manager to see what they could do to assist me. The district manager placed a phone call to the regional manager named Charles who made the ultimate decision stating that the company is not responsible for the damage done to my car because my car is more than five years old. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I tried to work with them but they showed no remorse or accountability. From the past comments I have read I can see that this company has a bad habit of not taking accountability for damages caused by their machines to customers vehicles. This is wrong on so many levels and I pray whoever sees this review thinks twice before using this car wash, because if they break it they will not pay for it. read more

I have used Time To Shine across the street several times over 20 and never had this happen. I love your offering of the rags, vacuum and great service however, I am a little nervous getting another wash because of the after effect. I assume someone before me used a wax or something and it left a nasty residue on my paint. I have washed it several times since by hand and it is still there. During the car wash my my mirrors were flung forward and backwards causing my passenger mirror collar to break . At this moment I brought attention to the associate who said they would have the manager. On April 30 I received a phone call at 8 am. The gentleman mention that the cameras showed my car was previously damaged but regarding the dealership that I bought it from on April 27 said there was no damage on the vehicle.. So when I requested to come see the video at 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon when I get off of work he said ok but when arriving at radiant Express Car Wash in Auburndale. I signed up for a membership in May, when a gentleman told me about a special of $10.70 per month unlimited washes. I asked him if this was just for a month or two, and he stated it was for as long as i kept paying the $10.70 amount. On Aug 10th, i noticed that on Aug 9th, they took out $48.15 from my account. I have been calling them ever since. I have called 12 times in the last 3 days, no one ever answers the phone, and no one calls you back. In a review further down, on this same problem, the ownership states to call a rep at the same number that no one ever answers. Who knows if they will ever call me back. Do not sign up for any specials, they cannot be trusted. I hope they do shortly, as if not, state officials will hear about them. read more

This is the 4th time using them . I know why do I keep going back if its a bad experience. I do because it's convenient . I own a 2005 F250 and 2016 Dodge 1500 . The most expensive wash never gets my trucks clean . I always have to run them thru again and just accept the wash . I always walk away unhappy . Considering my trucks are never that dirty anyways . The managers never leave their station to come and see what the problem is . Society is really letting us down . They never want to just refund the money so you can go elsewhere just "free wash " ! Enjoyed the car wash at first, was signed up for the $10.75 a month special, have used it a couple times since and even signed up my other car just the other day. Then turns out I was charged $48 this morning for the membership. I looked at reviews and only found horror stories of trying to contact to cancel. Went in person and was told 'oh they should've told you that it changes after 3 months' which they did not when I signed up first car OR my second car. It's costing me $45 for each car to cancel, a total of $90 and they wouldn't give me a refund of any sorts. Like I said, car wash is good, so if you're ok with being deceived and overcharged, go for it. Otherwise, I'm staying far away and upset that they screwed me over and resolved nothing. read more

I came through because this car wash is new to the area and I wanted to give it a try, especially with love bug season in full swing! This is an automatic car wash. When you first pull in, the biggest challenge is finding the entrance. The layout is a little awkward because of the intersection. If you pull in to the entrance at the bank that is next door, you will figure it out. They have a self service area where you can prep the front of your vehicle using their brushes and cleaning formula to give her a little scrub before going through the gate. Past that point you will drive to the gate where you will be prompted to pay for your choice of packages. I've been through 5 times now and there has always been an associate there to help you. I was lucky enough to hit a special where I paid for the first visit and received a whole month of car washes free. This was a good strategy because I'm getting used to my car being clean all the time! Middle choice for me because I like my tires shinny! This ran me $15. Proceeded forward and ran the gamut. This is one serious car wash! It is strong! Caution suggested because I noticed another review that mentioned side mirror damage. I had this happen before at another car wash so I can't say that I doubt that review at all! No problems for me but I always tuck my mirros in since that experience. My car came out looking better than I would have done myself. They offer free vacuum with clean towels, no need to bring anything with unless you have a preferred auto cloth. I took my Explorer to Radiant Express Car Wash after probably a year of having never washed it. After running through the automatic wash, I can't remember the last time it was so clean! The free vacuum area is spacious and there are plenty of spots so you'll always find one open. I was able to vacuum my vehicle, use a towel provided to dry the windows, and throw away all trash in my car into the garbage bin by the vacuum. This wash is so quick, easy, convenient, and works very well. The monthly membership is a great deal, especially for us Floridians with love bugs and rain showers every day in the summer. I decided to get a car wash at this place on September 10th and was told it was $21.40 for the month. I just noticed they have charged me $42.80 on October 10th and today, November 9th, $42.80. There was a live person instructing me on how to do it and he NEVER once said anything about charging me monthly and then double on top of it. We paid for the $20 car wash and after the car wash there was still some tuff sticky stuff one my car so Moses got some spray and a rag and hand wiped it till it was all gone. I've used this car wash multiple times over the last few years ( basically since it opened). Usually I go right after they open, on the way home from work. Up until recently it was a positive experience. A week or so ago, I went a little later than usual, and they seemed pretty busy, the line to get into the wash line was backed up to the gate. While going thru the wash, I thought I saw brake lights ahead of me ( the notice as you enter says not to hit the brakes) and of course, you can't see much in front of you, let alone in front of the truck that's only 2, or 3 rollers ahead of you. I should have hit my brakes though, because the conveyor pushed me right into the tow hitch of the truck in front of me. As the conveyor continued, the guy behind me said it sort of looked like I was "humping" the truck in front of me, which cracked my front bumper, and pushed in the lower grill. Talked to the manager ( Crystal?) and was tole the Bill, the owner would wall me later that day. It's been almost a week, and I haven't heard from him. My truck is 6 months old, has less than 12,000 miles on it. read more
