I don't typically attempt repairs when it comes to water or electric so when my pool pump died I…read moremade some calls but being Christmas week I only got one company to even call me back. The company couldn't commit to a day to come and give an estimate. Then I saw a listing for the Pool Pump Guy in Longwood so I gave him a call on New Year's Eve and he texted me right back and asked me to send him a photo of my Pump. He told me how to easily and safely remove the pump from the filter and the power supply. I was reluctant to do so but he gave easy to follow steps and within 10 minutes I successfully removed and brought to Jay's shop. Turns out my pump was badly damaged from pebbles that got into my filter and pump. Solution: Jay ordered me a brand new pump and I had it the next morning at 10. Jay set it up in the shop with new gaskets, lube, and reconnected my power supply then gave me simple, safe instructions how to reconnect. Total time to reconnect the pump was about 15 minutes. Only needed a screwdriver to connect the wires. Powered up and wow! Everything worked perfectly. No leaks, no trouble. And the suction power is phenomenal! The pool system has never worked this well before! Jay is a genius at his trade and was able to instruct me how to do this myself, safely and quickly and saving me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time. I wish every repair business was as honest and helpful as this one. I highly recommend Jay for any pool pump!

I found another professional pool company who came out and assessed the pool. His 20 years experience paid off! He's not only is fixing my pool for less but is also giving me a 5 year warranty. Gracie Pool owner claimed our contract was un-refundable. After threats of legal action, he agreed to give me 2,500 back. Extremely manipulative, would only call my wife with BS explanations. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!
