I personally get the mega wash. It's the best, and since I buy the unlimited package every month, I like having all of the additional waxes available to me. I do have two complaints which have resulted in a four star rating. The first complaint is that they need to angle the blowers better so that cars are dried more efficiently. The second complaint is that they rush cars through, packing them to close, and I had a near miss incident one day, and my husband actually got hit by another car in the tunnel when that car got stuck due to its large tires. They really need to space these cars out in case there's an incident so that no one collides with anyone else.

There was also a gentleman who stepped in to help to try to direct after noticing how dirty my truck was, and I want to thank him for that. Unfortunately, the young employee who initially directed me into the wash didn't seem engaged and didn't properly prep my vehicle. My truck was still visibly dirty after going through the wash, with dirt that clearly should have come off. It felt like he wasn't very motivated or paying attention. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are paying for a wash, especially on a very dirty vehicle, it should actually come out clean. I hope management can address this so future customers don't leave disappointed.
