Really good car wash, my dirty, dusty car is always super clean when it goes through. Great vacuums with good suction. They are free when you run your car through the car wash. I personally get the mega wash. It's the best, and since I buy the unlimited package every month, I like having all of the additional waxes available to me. I do have two complaints which have resulted in a four star rating. The first complaint is that they need to angle the blowers better so that cars are dried more efficiently. The second complaint is that they rush cars through, packing them to close, and I had a near miss incident one day, and my husband actually got hit by another car in the tunnel when that car got stuck due to its large tires. They really need to space these cars out in case there's an incident so that no one collides with anyone else. read more

Do not purchase a membership if you ever intend to cancel because the company won't respond to you. I've had no problems with the quality of the wash and the attentiveness of the attendants who pre-scrub, but messages and emails and phone calls go unanswered. Moving away from MegaWash? Too bad... dispute with your bank or credit card company. read more

I purchased the Christmas special for 5 books containing 5 tickets for the "Grand" car wash. I have gone there for years, and always leave tips for the workers. Apparently one (or more) of the pre paid books was not activated by an incompetent staff member and MegaWash Express refuses to honor them or offer any kind of solution. The Maple location "manager" was non accountable, unhelpful and had ZERO customer service skills. I tried to contact their corporate office, but no one answers the phone or will help you. I now believe they don't want to honor the tickets sold and this is a huge scam they are running. This is a DISHONEST business-- DO NOT GO THERE! THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PRE PAID CUSTOMER! read more

There are lots of car washes in town, with varying degrees of effectiveness. One problem with almost all automatic washes in Spokane is that, while they usually give extra diligence to the front (wiping down etc) before you go in, the back of the vehicle usually get ignored and often has to be washed separately. Not so at Mega Wash. They give the whole car attention before it goes in the mechanized system. So when you get out, the back of your car us as clean as the rest of it. Like many places in Spokane, they offer discounts on multiple wash purchases, so that is nice as well. If you want your whole car clean, and not just the front, don't just wash it. I found myself in the area and needing a wash decided to use facility. Near as I can tell, 3 prices for wash but I could discern no method in choosing by staff of change to wash facility procedures to choose any change in washing. Also, I'm partial to car wash facilities that have a crew for wipe down at end of wash. Does not occur here. Plus being bumped from behind by the vehicle following me does not bode well for either the crew or the driver of said vehicle. Fortunately no damage. All in all, not the best but not the worst and should I find myself there again, I will opt for the least expensive wash just to see if there really is a difference in the wash cycle. At least when I use Hippo Car Wash in Coeur D'Alene I can see them select the wash cycle I have paid for and I always get a wipe down as I exit the tunnel. read more

TERRIBLE OVERPRICED SCRATCHED MY CAR I now remember why I SHOULD NEVER USE a "brushless carwash". Just a terrible wash would have been easier than all the time and work I had to put into fixing thier carwash that left the whole right side of my black car with very noticible swirl marks down it. I returned immediately to talk to someone..but was told that it "couldn't be thier machine." The swirls were not there prior to wash. It took a couple hours and a bit of spendy products but I have for the most part polished out marks. To add insult to injury, when I asked for my money back on the monthly unlimited pass( that I surely would not be using, no way I'm going thru all that again) they would only give me back a portion, that was my first wash there..they scratched my car and now they are charging me $15 . I just took my car to the Mega Wash in Spokane Valley near Liberty Lake and my car sustained serious scratches during the wash process. I've got quite a bit of damage to my vehicle that they will likely not take responsibility for. This is a car I just purchased recently that is now completely scratched up. read more

This car wash damaged my vehicle's paint, windows, and trim due to a back wiper that was ripped off of a car ahead of me and whacked the hell out of my car. They admitted to fault and were going to fix it, but because I want to go to a reliable auto body shop, instead of their "buddy's" shops, they won't pay for all the damages done!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN, and letting all of my friends, neighbors, and as many of the community know about it! Great wash, car always come out clean, they do more hand cleaning on the car than mister wash, wash is always clean, car never gets damaged

Went in and the car wash machine struck quarter panel and pulled off bumper halfway. Attendant gave me a card for Manager saying he would review video and call, never called, when I reached him he stated car was damaged prior to wash, thought attendant dealt with it. He said he saw video, but then asked me what type of car, saying another make and then asked for time I came in, so didn't even see it. Didn't have accurate information on card to reach manager and wouldn't show the video when asked. read more

No, the teenager said, because they would have to enter it into the computer again and couldn't do that unless I paid again. Normally it's a great car wash but more than once I've come around 6:30 to find they've already put away the vacuums AND the garbage cans. The main reason I come here is the free vacuums and easy set up to get your car cleaned out. If it's open until 7 everything should be available until 7. read more

This place is an absolute joke!! Guys at the window told me my truck was fine with my bug guard cause I asked them. Keep in mind I've been going through different car washes with the same truck for 10 years and have never had any problems. And of course it broke in the middle of the cycle so I went back to the office and the guys took my # and said they'd have the manager call me as they have paid to fix them before. 1 month goes by so I go down there myself and talk to the manager. He says he can't help me and offered only a free car wash even though his employees said they would take care of me. The manage is a complete coward and moron. I'm a law abiding taxpayer and veteran and I will NEVER go back to this place and will tell anyone who listens to never waste their time with this car wash. And believe me when I say they will lose way more business than the cost of a bug guard.... Idiots read more
