Worse, they tried to hide the issue and left without informing us. Despite repeated promises, Malik refused to take responsibility. He dodged our calls (even answering using fake names) and never addressed the damage, forcing us to take the matter to Small Claims Court. We won the case, and the judge ruled against him for property damage. During this ordeal, we also discovered that Spokane Mobile Detail operates without business insurance. If only I'd known!
