Made an appointment and showed up on time. Arrived and found the business closed. A day later the owner texts me and says he was out late the previous night and overslept. First of all, I love how you can make a last-minute detailing appointment online. I made an appointment about an hour before I wanted The owner of this business was right on time and incredibly polite. I guess I didn't understand the levels of costs on the website because I ordered a very quick job for a somewhat dirty car. Although he gave me the option to upgrade my package by about $50, I decided to go with the inexpensive option and ask him to do what he could with 45 minutes and minimal niche cleaning. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes, which kind of messed up my schedule, making me miss a dinner. The waiting room is nicely appointed like a car hobby shop with black/red themed walls, comfortable stools and three fish tanks. Netflix is available to watch as well. There is a cigarette smell that is very strong in the lobby when there is somebody smoking in the shop. He did a great job cleaning and I'm really impressed. May be back in the future but would probably leave the car and return when it's finished. read more

Let me start by saying my car was dirty, I will not deny that. I made an appointment originally for Monday, but due to the holiday we had to change that, Tuesday at 9am. I arrived at 9am sharp and it is 3pm and I just left. The car is clean, a few spots were missed but overall is clean. Lobby is comfortable with Netflix and a nice couch. My complaint is time management. Cobra seems to be lacking in that section. The owner however was very easy to talk to and apologetic of the time Would I recommend, yes, but I would be prepared to not have your vehicle all day read more

Just got my car back from having interior detailed at Cobra Quick on east Francis. Super nice folks, and they did an excellent job. I called yesterday afternoon and they came to get it and delivered it back to me looking like new. While going over it to see if I was satisfied, Glen noticed that the underside of the mat in back still had a bit of dirt on it, so he got out his rag and cleaned it thoroughly. Took car in for a full detail on Saturday morning, was supposed to be ready by the afternoon. Car wasn't ready to be picked up until Tuesday, no good reasons given, and the work wasn't worth what we paid. I had a truly fantastic experience with cobra quick auto detail today. I had to get my company car detailed and time was a major factor. I called in and they were able to shuffle some things around and accommodate my unreasonable request for immediate same-day service. Very pleasant people at Cobra but I was not pleased with the results. I didn't have an appointment, since I was on a trip from California and pressed for time and may explain the lack of attention to detail. I paid $45 for an exterior car wash and detail interior. I have a back Mercedes and it was water spotted and the interior was only slightly wiped down. Not worth $45. Maybe they felt rushed and making an appointment would be a smarter move. read more
