This was my very first laser hair removal ever and the esthetician that took care of me answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment. The only thing I would add is that I tried calling a day before my appointment to ensure that there wasn't something special I needed to do before my appointment and nobody picked up the phone. I called at least 7 times and no answer. All in all my first experience was great. I still have 5 more treatments so I may be updating my review once I get through those treatments.

I went to get a physical in March and my doctor noticed it right away and recommended I get a biopsy. She referred me to Dr. Jensen and they called me to make an appointment. I went in there thinking I would have a couple of visits to discuss removing the mole. To my surprise the doc performed the procedure on my first visit. Took like 5 minutes. He also treated me for my dark spots on my face which I had just accepted they came with age. He prescribed a 12 week treatment and it's been six weeks. The treatment has felt like my face is on fire but moisturizing several times a day soothes the skin. I am pleased with the healing process of my mole and noticeable difference in my dark spots. The staff is friendly and well organized. I will be coming back for other dermatology needs. Also, my granddaughter is not happy the honk honk is gone. "Why you do that g'ma? I liked the honk honk."
