I did a walk-in and was taken care of right away. Ann did my nails and it was ok. She was pleasant, although didn't chat with me-and that's fine. Sometimes it's nice to have a quiet visit. There is spa-like music playing and a peaceful environment, even though it was bustling with people. After I left, I noticed that there were a few spots where the polish was on my skin or missed a side of the nail altogether. Not horrible, but enough that I noticed. But overall it was fine and I appreciated their huge selection of colors to pick from.

It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.
