She seemed thorough during the appointment and removed a few moles, I did not feel comfortable with her bedside manner or the way my concerns were addressed. I was also surprised that the biopsy specimens were sent to a laboratory that was out of my insurance network, which resulted in unexpected costs. My biggest concern is the scarring from the mole removals. None of the moles were cancerous, yet I was left with noticeable scars on my leg. I've had other medical professionals, including plastic surgeons, comment on the appearance of the scars and ask who performed the procedure. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to return to this provider. This version is professional, clearly explains why you were dissatisfied, and sticks to your personal experience rather than making claims about the doctor's overall quality.

In addition, the owner acts as a gatekeeper and gives medical advice to clients despite having no medical training or credentials. There are companies in just the Salt Lake Valley alone that are more knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. We stopped going to Quintessence at the end of September/beginning of October. Despite that, they double charged us in October and now we see they've charged us again. It took almost 3 weeks for them to refund us in October and they gave us excuses every time we followed up with them. In addition, they billed us wrong almost every single month we were utilizing their services. Overall, we are unhappy with the service we received from Quintessence, and these erroneous charges are just the icing on the cake. I can't recommend this company and will be telling friends and family to stay away.

I booked my surgery with Dr Moore- even though his price was a full 50% higher than other surgeons -because he touted his proprietary "rapid recovery." I took a week off of work for recovery. The office called me the DAY before the procedure to say Dr Moore decided not to do surgeries that day and would have to reschedule. I had to rearrange my entire work schedule again. This became a recurring theme - for nearly every follow up appointment, I would plan in advance and take the day off work, only to be called that morning and be told the Dr had decided not to come in. Twice I actually showed up to the office only to be told he wasn't there. At my one year appointment, the Dr pointed out that there was some skin puckering on the underneath of each breast around the scar. He said it could be removed easily in the office under local lidocaine. I scheduled the appointment for two months later, again taking time off of work. I was told the "procedure" would cost somewhere around $1k additional and they would call me with the details. Flash forward 2 months and I have not heard anything from the office. It is 5 days before the appointment so I call the office. You guessed it - the Dr isn't even going to be in the office that day! Once again, I have to rearrange my entire work schedule due to their inept office staff. At this point, I have canceled the appointment and will go somewhere else to have the skin error fixed. This Dr has no concern for his patients' time or effort. The office staff is totally incompetent. It has been a nightmare to work with them and I still have to go somewhere else to get my breast lift done well. Do your research - higher price doesn't always mean better quality.

To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns.
