Came in without an appointment. To my surprise it wasn't very busy for a Tuesday. I opted for my usual white tip set. I usually prefer the old school style tips. However, the stylist used the clear set and painted on the white tips. I thought she did a very good job and the lines were perfect! I do still prefer the white tip nail just because it doesn't damage as much as a painted on white tip. The service was very friendly and it took her about a hour and a half. I loved the attention to detail. Total cost with tip was $76. read more

I have had my favorite nail spots but this one tops them all by far!!! They close at 7:30pm, the three of us walked in at about 6:50pm. I had two of my three girls with me. My birthday girl who was about to turn 15 and my 16 year old, low functioning autistic daughter. The way they didn't hesitate once when we walked in at the time we walked in, the way they didn't hesitate once when they worked on my autistic daughter and made her feel so loved, she felt so pretty and special!!! And they didn't rush either of my girls Mani's or Pedis. They took their time for everything my girls wanted! I cannot thank them enough for their time and kindness and customer service!!! Every single staff member! The salon was very clean. A ton of options of gel and regular colors! If I could afford to tip each one of the staff that night $100, I would've, to show how appreciative I was for their services towards both my girls!! read more

I'm not the type of person to complain, but at the end of the day this is a service that I paid for that was not done correctly. I went in for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. I'm only assuming since it wasn't an upgraded pedicure everything was done carelessly. The cuticle was not removed or pushed back, it lasted all about 10 mins, when she went in to paint them she noticed a bit of cuticle from about two toes and only removed that, the callus scrub was just a wipe with the stone. (I could have easily done this at home). The manicure was no different. Once again everything was done carelessly, she shaped and buff and did not bother wiping down my nails she just immediately started polishing them. I had gone in towards the end of June for a manicure and everything about it was great. I don't think I'll be back. read more

This is a great nail salon in the Sandy area! The people are always so nice, friendly and willing to help! They have a cute store and cute Christmas decorations right now too. My boyfriend and I got the deluxe pedicure, which was awesome! It comes with hot wax, hot stone massage, leg scrub and you get to choose an essential oil to get rubbed on your legs. I always get the lavender oil and love it! I've only gotten pedicures here, but they always turn out great. I even left and messed up my toes once and they were super nice about me coming in and getting them redone free of charge! Really nice people. Called in the last minute and they were able to fit us in. They were busy when we arrived but was still able to sit us asap. The lady that did mine was sweet. She was definitely skilled but I just felt like she rushed through the whole thing, especially when she was filing my nails. She was too rough and two of my fingers ended up bleeding a little. The gentleman who did my mom's nails was patient and detailed but the nail polish was uneven, not a big deal. Decent price and sweet people, so I'd still recommend this place. read more

I found this business on Yelp because of the high rating. I work a lot and late, so for the owner to stay open late for me was HUGE but being burnt by the grinding machine is never fun. The shape wasn't even and the thickness was too thick for me but I thought, we can work on that. I went back for a fill. The first time I felt that burn that we all have felt from the machine, I gave her a look. Then a second look. Then a third. It got to a point where I had to say out loud, stop burning me Christie. Each time, my hand got pulled back quickly. I get it. You're the owner. You have to greet and make sure your business is running smoothly. But let's not forget the repeat customer that you have in your chair. Even though I left with three little scabs from the burns, I went back. She is capable of doing good work I told myself. This time while taking off my acrylics, she wasn't paying attention at all. I get it, we all do. It can be painful pulling them off but dude. Can you pay attention to me at all? I get that you have to greet and such, but my nails on my right hand are gone. She made it through four nails before I had enough. I even told her on nail three, I'm about to leave. You're not paying attention. Look how red my face is. Then I got stabbed by the metal nail file under my natural nail. That's it. I grabbed my purse before she could pull off the fifth nail. I told her you hurt me last time and I came back. You're too distracted and you're hurting me again. She ran after me towards the front door grabbing my arms. Saying she was sorry. She said give me another chance. I said no. I gave you a chance last time. You burnt me. I came back and you hurt me again. I had to tell her LET GO OF ME DONT TOUCH ME, I'm leaving for her to let go of me. She text me and said she was sorry and that if I came back she'd give me 20% off. WOW. Now I have to find a place on a Sunday. I trusted you to do your job. Maybe now you'll give your future customers the attention they deserve. read more

This place had amazing reviews! Mostly for a woman named Christie. So my friend and I went for my birthday She got Christie!! And she was amazing! My friend go the most amazing massage with her Pedicure, she wasn't rushed and did a great job!! My 3 stars is for my pedicure... It was terrible service. We were in there for 2 hours for the most terrible nails we've ever gotten. I showed a picture of a design and got a normal french tip. They had us come in at 12:30 for an appointment but didn't end up actually touching our hands until 1:15. Then the pricing was outrageous $200 for a kids manicure and 2 acrylic sets. I won't be coming back and don't suggest you go either. read more

I took my girls in for mani/pedis to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. The end result was good, but I'm leaving a "could've been better" review because the service definetly could have been better. I was charged $50 for them to paint my 6 year olds tiny little hands and toes. Again, they did a good job, but she didn't even get a massage, she asked multiple times, and they didn't even respond to her. They finished her nails so quickly that she was just hanging out in the chair trying to entertain herself. The water in my pedicure was freezing cold. According to their menu, the total for the 3 of us should have totalled $160. They charged me $212 and treated me like an inconvenience when I asked why it was so much. Again, good work, horrible service. Not worth a $52 tip! read more

I just moved here from San Diego and can I just say I Loved this place! I tried to disregard the negative reviews and thank god I did! I would have missed out on a good nail salon. My boyfriend got a pedicure and he loved Ana who did the service. He's super sensitive when it comes to his feet and she did a great job. I got a pedi+gel and Duey did so good! My mom does nails so I'm super picky when it comes to getting anything done but this place did great! Glad we can establish our nail care here :) read more

I went to get a full set yesterday (Sunday), because I am starting a new job tomorrow (Tuesday) and wanted them to look nice. The set turned out so bad. A friend said they looked like I had done them myself (having zero experience). $50 spent. Then today, Labor Day, I went to another salon to have them taken off because they were so bad and nail it was closed. They charged me $20 for the take off. $70 later and my nails look like this... super frustrating. On top of that I had an appointment scheduled. They opened at 10:30 and my appointment was at 10:30. I ended up having to wait over half an hour. I won't be returning. read more

Updating my prior review. I walked in, and was told to wait about 10 minutes, then a group behind me came, and my wait time was suddenly going to be an hour. They didn't tell me this right away, mind you-- they waited until I was ready to look at the colors and they could see I was serious. The guy kept apologizing and saying maybe someone else will come in 15 minutes, but we all know this is a time-wasting lie. And a pity. I used to like this place a lot, but I can see that they don't value my repeated custom so they won't get it anymore. read more

Very bad and unprofessional service, I personally wasn't there but it was my sister's birthday so I had both of my younger siblings go and just get with toes done with only nail paint- NO gel . And their original price was $29 and they were both forced! Again NOT ASKED but forced to tip the lady that also messed up the nail point through out the processes and forced me to also fix her mistakes that she had made . I was also informed that the other sister was going to just pay the set price for the painted nails and service and leave without tipping due to her unprofessionalism but then noticed there man that went towards the door and attempted to lock it. So my sibling being worried about their safety and being younger they just tipped the lady . Of course if I was present I would have took more action but this is the best I can do as of right now and it's infuriating. read more

I can't say enough great things about this nail salon. Where do I start the salon's decor and set up is very chic, class and cute! The salon is very clean and does not have that potent nail chemical smell you may encounter at other salons. I came as a walk in two weeks ago since it was the closest to me. So i thought i would give the place a try since the last place i went to was horrible. My nail technician Vy was so sweet and constantly making sure my nails set met my standard. Went to Nail It with my two college aged nieces to get pedicures. We really enjoyed this place! First, they have a very clear menu of services with details and pricing at the front. I appreciate spas that do that so you can decide what device you want knowing the options and prices up front. Then they were able to accommodate sitting the three of us together. They put new liners on all the foot basins, they used new buffets and clean tools, and the nail technicians were thoughtful and accurate as they worked on our feet without cutting or causing pain. Then the hit rock massage- oooooo, that was nice. Not sure how these beautiful ladies handle the hot stones without getting burned, but they do it effortlessly and give such a soothing, warm leg massage! All in, the three of us had a great experience here and definitely recommend it to others looking for a good nail place. Loving the deluxe pedicure!! read more

Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect.
