I could not help but notice the logo when I turned into the shopping center. It caught my eye immediately and I giggled a bit. Is it a lunch place for ladies? Then I saw the (waxing salon) part of the sign and knew different. Upon some research. Part of the mission with this business is to get waxing done quickly and time efficiently during a lunch break or whatever time you have available. The first LunchBox opened in Sun Valley, Idaho. The gals here at LunchBox are great. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. They answer any and all questions and are very friendly as well as professional. I came in the first day and bought a gift with their logo on it for my bestie. Later that night I called for an appointment. They provide all kinds of waxing services from head to toe and they have an amazing line of after wax supplies. The salon itself is very simple in design but lovely. The treatment rooms are spacious and the treatment beds are very comfortable. The ladies/men's room is darling. Every single detail of this place is well thought out. I booked for a Brazilian. I was a bit nervous as my waxer in California only uses hard wax. I had never had that type of wax with strips. My appointment was with Pattie. She is darling and super sweet. Come to find out she purchased a franchise and brought the LunchBOX to Eagle/Meridian/Boise areas. I was a tiny bit nervous going to someone new. Pattie was very professional and has a kind touch with waxing. To be quite honest it never hurt a bit. I usually wince a few times but her hands are like a magic wand. A few applications of wax, a few rips here and there and poof the hair is gone. Thank you Pattie for being daring and opening a LunchBox. I enjoyed my two visits. Coming from someone who has never had any sort of bikini wax, I feel you can trust my honest opinion. So let me say it now: you need to schedule with April! I decided that if I was going to have hairs ripped from below, I may as well go all the way and just get it totally cleaned up. So yes, I had a full Brazilian on my first lady bits waxing trip. April was very professional and gave encouraging feedback throughout the process. It was quick and almost pain free! I mean, it IS hot wax. But I was bracing for the worst. For me it felt like having my eyebrows plucked over and over again. She had amazing attention to detail. She really made sure all everything was smooth and was careful to pay attention to my skin and how it was handling the process. She gave great care tips and happily answered all my questions, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. She definitely made me feel 100% comfortable about the entire process. I left feeling pampered, just like when I leave after getting my hair or nails done. LunchBOX was clean, trendy, and relaxing. I'll definitely be scheduling with April again!
