I have never had a gallbladder or liver issue in my life, and 30 days after starting QWLC I'm in surgery. I told my physician, the ER surgeon, and the surgeon that performed my surgery, about the diet. They all said due the the 17lbs lost in a month, on a pretty much, a no fat diet, IS THE REASON this happened. One tbspn of fake butter is not enough for the bile in your system to be regular. When I spoke to Becky (I guess the one in charge in Snellville), she never even said she was sorry for my pain or anything. She said she would file my case with corporate. A week later, she called, left a message and said she got with her supervisor (what happened to corporate?), and they saw no grounds for a refund, and would hold my chart if I wanted to come back. I called her back, explained that i just had surgery, and again, not one drop of empathy. She said she would note my file. Maybe if they had asked for any of the 3 MD notes saying I shouldn't be on this diet, or maybe if they see my $6k surgery bill, they would see some grounds for a refund. This diet is miserable, dangerous, and all they want is for you to buy their supplements. Go to weight watchers, where what they advertise is actually true, unlike QWLC. They do not care about your mental or physical well being, just their $$$$

They push you into buying 20 boxes toward the beginning because you can get them for $10 a box but they neglect to tell you that if you don't like any of them you can't exchange them. You can buy the same supplements at Americanbariactric.com and save a lot of money! I think they are more interested in selling supplements than helping you lose weight. I have lost much slower than they led me to believe and when I ask why they try to insinuate I must not be following the diet correctly but I have done everything I'm suppose to do.
