Final straw-I switched from Semaglutide to Tirzepitide 7.5 mg 3 months ago and was told I would pay $375, and I did for 3 months then when I spoke to someone to request a refill, that day I was charged $375, 2 days later I see another charge for $25 (they didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know they did this), so when I called to ask why, she said "Oh, you were told wrong" Okay well that sounds like a YOU problem, because I paid that price for 3 months. They have NEVER taken accountability for their errors, nor do they try to make things right. I have been more that patient with these people and customer service is definitely not their strong suit...I will take my business elsewhere.
