    With ballon losing!
    Crystal M.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! This place is amazing I got the surgical orbara balloon they scheduled me right away and when it was time for a removal I was so happy with the results I look fabulous in her dress now and I cannot thank you enough the staff are being so sweet even when I was rude at times!! Miss Jo was wonderful and sweet as my intake person! Miss Suzanne the nurse she is like a freaking mosquito the way she puts in an IV you don't even feel it then she lets you know every steps of the way to know what your IV is gonna be like! Mr. Bojack that is the lifesaver makes you feel safe and at peace before the Procedure! You just drift off and you wake up and no problems he's the wonderful anesthesiologist that made sure I survived!! Which was my biggest fear! Ken was my amazing nurse that made sure that I was comfortable at all times before and during the process warm blankets if I needed always asking if I was OK!! They even made jokes before I went under to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. You cannot get your procedure done at a better place please come here if you have any surgeries!! I can't forget my fabulous doctors they come in and make sure everything is wonderful before your surgery and after your surgery they have joyous smiles on their face and they look absolutely fabulous so you think you're gonna come out looking as good as they do! Of course my procedure was cosmetic but they do other procedures there and I highly recommended it I've had many procedures done in hospitals and it's very clinical but this stuff is amazing friendly sweet nice and will let you be a little bit rude to them and still be so courteous!! I definitely plan on coming back to get my boobs

Both my lungs was punctured. Spent a week in ICU. I am still suffering from hunger pains.

I got a ESG surgery from Dr. Christopher Ibunkle. I had a punctured lung and a collapsed lung. Since then I have been having complications with my weight and hunger pains. I now have to stay on weightloss pills.

    Wt loss - 60#'s. Goal - 90#'s. Surgeon, Dr. Kahn. Feb 2019.

My primary phyisican is Dr. Tendolkar at Loganville Family medicine, located off of 78 in…read moreLoganville. I have visited this location twice and will comment more specifically on my second and most recent visit. I booked my appointment online thru zocdoc. This feature made it very easy to book an appointment that worked with my schedule and fill out necessary paperwork BEFORE the visit. Parking lot is right in front of the building with lots of available spots. I walk in to 2 ladies at the front desk. Neither one were quick to acknowledge nor greet me, as I stood there for a few uncomfortable seconds trying to figure out how to check in. I signed my name on the clipboard and was FINALLY greeted as I turned around to sit down. The woman asked for my name, and got what I assumed was my folder. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do. She looked up, replied with a quick "No", and looked back down. I went and sat down. The waiting room has about 15 chairs, a table with stacks and stacks of magazines, and a tv airing the ACCENT HEALTH channel. There is absolutely no decor or welcoming feeling in the waiting room. Waited about 25 mins before I was called. A woman (who never introduced herself) asked me how I was and weighed me at the scaled. She then asked me to follow her to the exam room, where she took my blood pressure, heart rate, and temperture. I liked how she announced the numbers as she took my vitals. She asked me a couple more questions and said the doctor would be with me shortly before leaving abruptly. Waiting 15 minutes before doctor arrived. He was nice, but seemed rushed. Reviewed my vitals and data quickly. He then called in a woman to supervise the exam. He examed me, asked me to leave some blood and urine samples on the way out, and left. All in all: -The staff and doctor were efficient, but it felt sterile, rushed, and a bit too casual (nurses and staff wore jeans and had cell phones sticking out of their back pockets). -Environment was clean, but not warm and inviting. -For purposes of continunity of care, I will continue to use Dr. T as my primary physician.

Don't go if you have CHAMPVA Insurance!!! I made my original appointment September 29th for…read moreTuesday, October 7th 4PM. When I arrived on Tuesday, I was told that I would need to call CHAMPVA to verify my insurance due to the two hour long hold time they had. As it was already 4PM I was told to reschedule my appointment for the following Tuesday at 1PM and wait for the VA to call back with a "reference number" that would be used at the next appointment to verify that I had coverage. It took 3 hours for the VA to call back. When they did call back at 7:30 PM, I got the reference number and came back today for my appointment. When I arrived, the same receptionist told me that I would need to call the VA again to find out my co-pay now. I reminded her that last week she told me all I needed was a reference number and they would use that to verify my insurance. She acted like she didn't remember telling me that and stated that I would need to reschedule my appointment until their team could get a hold of the VA. I'm upset because this should've been verified this morning knowing how long it can take on the phone with the VA. It seems to me that this receptionist just doesn't want to do her job and would rather take people with insurance that's a little easier to deal with.

I had to hobble my pregnant self, in the middle of 2020 Covid, to the nearest and most readily available foot doctor in the area. Of course it was Dr. Phelps's office and now I know why. For starters, he has terrible bedside manner. Not understanding, very dismissive. The man told me two of my toes weren't moving because it was "in my mind" and that where I hurt my foot wouldn't cause that. Well I have news for him, those two toes on the end of my foot still don't bend with the rest of my toes. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I'm a 32 year old mother of 3 with advanced degrees. I am most assuredly not an idiot. Never mind it was very early into Covid, and I was very pregnant. Some sympathy and kindness would have been nice. The office staff were all very friendly; I will give them that. Well now here we are THREE YEARS LATER and I find out I've been sent to collections for a bill I paid IN FULL THREE YEARS AGO. I have the proof for the exact amount on my checking account. Unbelievable. So now I get to deal with the collections agency and dispute this for my credit record and I paid it when we received the bill THREE YEARS AGO. The kicker is I can't even call their office today to let them know how mad I am because they close at 1p for the day Absolutely do not ever go to this office. I see a recent claim on Google that they apparently hand out gift cards for good reviews, so don't believe the ones you see.
