Dr. Angelina, Christine and all of the staff here are absolutely exceptional! I had planned a breast augmentation and 2 weeks prior to surgery, I ended up in the hospital with gallstones. Dr Angelina, being amazing and caring, organized her general surgery partner Dr Khan to come in the day before thanksgiving to get my gallbladder out and do my breast augmentation. I spent days in the hospital when I had the initial attack, and her and Christine called me every SINGLE DAY to check on me and review my labs with me. Surgery is now 2 days a way and there is nobody else I would trust with my care . I can't wait for my results and to do my tummy tuck next year ! No support after you leave to make you'll weight loss successful. Nurses and Doctors never call back you have to figure it out on your own. The hand out is very misleading. When I call in for questions I'm on hold for a long time and then the recording comes on stating that someone will get in touch with you, not true. If it was not for Veronica I would have given them a one star. She has really been a trooper in helping me succeed on this journey. I really loved Dr Jen too she was very nice unfortunately I got switched over a couple of times to different doctors because of insurance reasons. read more

This place is amazing I got the surgical orbara balloon they scheduled me right away and when it was time for a removal I was so happy with the results I look fabulous in her dress now and I cannot thank you enough the staff are being so sweet even when I was rude at times!! Miss Jo was wonderful and sweet as my intake person! Miss Suzanne the nurse she is like a freaking mosquito the way she puts in an IV you don't even feel it then she lets you know every steps of the way to know what your IV is gonna be like! Mr. Bojack that is the lifesaver makes you feel safe and at peace before the Procedure! You just drift off and you wake up and no problems he's the wonderful anesthesiologist that made sure I survived!! Which was my biggest fear! Ken was my amazing nurse that made sure that I was comfortable at all times before and during the process warm blankets if I needed always asking if I was OK!! They even made jokes before I went under to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. You cannot get your procedure done at a better place please come here if you have any surgeries!! I can't forget my fabulous doctors they come in and make sure everything is wonderful before your surgery and after your surgery they have joyous smiles on their face and they look absolutely fabulous so you think you're gonna come out looking as good as they do! Of course my procedure was cosmetic but they do other procedures there and I highly recommended it I've had many procedures done in hospitals and it's very clinical but this stuff is amazing friendly sweet nice and will let you be a little bit rude to them and still be so courteous!! My first impressions were they were really nice. However, the closer we got to the last visit for weight loss surgery approval they became more and more difficult to get a hold of, I would call and leave my email and cell trying to set up a date of surgery or preop. No one would get back to me for weeks. I would call again leaving my phone number leaving a message trying to talk to somebody else in another department that wasn't just the front desk. They would leave me on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on emails were never answered they just completely ghosted me. finally, I got a front desk person to say that she was going to schedule me out for August surgery. This was February 4th 2022! I said I take it, what should I do to prepare she said someone will be in touch...no one was in touch. It been a year and no one has called or even texted to say you missed your appointment because there was no appointment. Wtf, please don't go here. Don't let them cut you open, don't let them hold your life in their hands. This was so unprofessional and shady. I'm glad it didn't work out I just wish I hadn't wasted my time. read more

Found Dr. Angelina Nicole Stacy and Laila.I need my eyebrows retouched up I need to do fillers and Botox and Morpheus 8 . I spoke to the secretary Nicole she was very patient and professional answered all my questions and they were a lot it's hard to find a place for you get everything done , turn out going be !! I have heard nothing but great things about his business. Friends tell me how quickly the process from start to finish for them but now I find myself sitting here trying to determine how many stars to give as part of this experience has been fantastic, while the other is frustrating me the most! Had a consult on 9/16, was assured the "order" department would contact me this week to get medicines on deck to send. I have called everyday this week and no one and I mean no one is helpful! I was so hopeful that this experience would not leave a bad taste in my mouth but it has. I feel like this business was quick to schedule a consult to charge the $100 consult fee but no one is quick to continue to the next step. I have never begged a business so much to take my money but I am finding myself reaching out constantly as no one reached out to me. So disappointing! read more

Georgia SurgiCare! Be cautious with this place. This place is a Joke! I was send here for an emergency procedure by my PC after an MRI. I went to GA SurgiCare and talked to a NP ( Asian Female) who asked me why I'm there. I said "I think it's my Gall Bladder" The NP diagnosed me and told me what is wrong with me right then and there. I was a little shocked and surprised of the words that was coming out of her because I do the same job as she does. I saw my MRI results and saw what was there,so I asked the NP "Did you see my MRI?" she responded by saying NO, I'm waiting for the MRI, your doctor haven't send it to me. I was a little irritated at this point and asked her "Why dont you go look at my MRI results before telling me what is wrong with me" The NP and MA (Hispanic female who was rude to start off) walked out of the room. They both came back to the room a little later after talking to Dr.Khan (Surgeon) and told us the what need to be done. The MA explained how the fee structure is and the way she explained to me was with a zero ounce of compassion. Either you pay and reserve or leave! We paid the $250 upfront fee to reserve my surgery for Wednesday 1000am. The Medical assistant advised that someone will contact me on Tuesday with PreOP instructions. No one called me on Tuesday so I decided to call them at 445PM and asked about my Preop instructions. The lady at the other end checked the computer and told me that there is no scheduled surgery for me for tomorrow. I told her about the $250 fee I paid and read the receipt number. After a brief hold she came back on the phone and advised me to be at the Loganville office at 0930 am. We showed up at 0925 and was told the procedure will take two hours. The front dest female (Asian) told my husband to go do some errands. The nurse will call you when she is ready to be picked up. The nurse came and took her inside at 0955 and told my husband to meet me on the other side and he can be with me until they take me for surgery. 10am passed, 11,12, 1pm passed and finally the Nurse decided to tell us that they made a mistake and I was not on schedule for surgery and they squueze me in there. At this point I was concerned and i asked my husband to ask the doctor or staff to show the Gall Bladder that they removed from me. I told him I'm afraid they will take my Kidney and this place is shady. I was taken for surgery at 245PM. Dr. Khan my Surgeon came and talked to us for the first time. Dr.Khan was excellent!!! The only highlight of the day. We advised Dr. Khan of what happened and his response was this is "Unaccepable" and told us to contact the office and file a complaint.  We filed a complained on Friday on October 02, with a manager Regina. She was very concern and apologatic and advised me that she is going to get to the bottom of this ASAP. She called me back on the same day at 450PM but I was unable to get to the phone. SO I returned her call Monday, Tuesday,Wed, Thu and today Friday. Left messages with people, voice messages on her voice mail, called her on her extention. Regina dodged my calls!! Meanwhile I applied for short term disability with my employer and they faxed the paperwork to GA Surgicare onthe 5th. When I checked with my employer on the paperwork they said GA SuriCare never send the fax back. I called them and inquire with them about it and a female who answered the phone after taking my DOB and last name said there is no fax and the only thing on your file is that you filed a complaint and she hung up the phone on me. I called back an hour later and talked to a different CS Rep ( Georgina I believe) and checked and found two faxes from my employer that GA Surgicare received on the 5th and no one have filled out or retured back to my employer. And we all know how time sensitive and important that these are with it comes to insurance and disability insurance. These folks don't care about anything or anyone!!! I have a follw up next week and afraid to go there! Afraid if we are walking into a hostile enviornment or not, afraid they going to retaliate against us for complaining about their service and staff.   Do your Homework before you choose this place!!! Doctor might me excellent, but that;s the last person you see here. The incompetant, ignoroant, rude staff is what you have to deal with first. Once you pass that stage you are good. Unfortunately my low rating is due to customer service alone. It seems as if the only people that work in the office is Gina and Shawna. They both have wonderful customer service, but if you're calling and follow the prompts for existing patient NO ONE ever answers the phone! You got to hang up and press the prompt for a new patient. I guess new patients mean more money? I had a surgery just recently done, and I personally feel I should've gotten detailed post op instructions because not everything was fully clear. I'm having some unexpected complications, but again no one will pick up the phone. This is extremely disappointing to me and I'm now very afraid that I made the wrong decision with going through with this surgery. I'm sorry but if I can't reach anyone just 4 days after my procedure it makes me feel as if all this office cared about was the money. They made my experience delightful (well as much as you can at the doctors office ). I did not have to wait long at all to be serviced, and the staff was so nice. If not for Kelly (with the brownish hair) and Sheri, I would not even want to give it 1 star. Initially, I was so excited and anxious to have the over-stitch revision surgery. My skepticism began prior to me even walking in the door when I was called 3 times prior to my surgery date (twice two days in a row, the last time being the day before the procedure) to change the time. Mind you, you have to have a driver to escort you so this made it difficult for me and I ended up having to take a uber. Thankfully, Sherri called me the day of my surgery and informed me that the office would be paying for my uber. Cool, peace of mind coming back. I get to the office and get called back, I had the very basic pre-op work up. Actually it wasnt even pre-op work up it was just vitals done. I was not weighed, I was not tested to see if I could tolerate the endoscope, my heart rate was 77 which is low and nothing was ever checked or said about that. I was given an IV for which I had to be stuck twice for. But most alarming, I WAS NOT WEIGHED!! Im here for a bariatric surgery and I was not weighed, smh. So ok, I go in for surgery, the anesthetist was very polite and the surgical nurse was on point, fixing the circulation socks I was given to put on but put on incorrectly because no one else had checked. I go under, I come out to the nurses standing me up!! Barely even conscious!!! WE NEED YOU TO GET UP WE NEED YOU TO WALK!! Is what they ordered. So Im walking holding on to the IV pole and my 17 year old son. I go to the bathroom, come out and I hear a nurse say "we close in an hour so we have to get these patients up and out of here". HOW DO YOU FEEL ARE YOU FEELING OK?? A nurse yelled. I responded my stomach hurts, Im in pain. Ok I will give you another dose of meds. Shot me up with morphine and spit me out in the waiting room with my 17 yr old son to wait for the uber. I struggled to stay awake to even see that the uber was there, but hopped in and went home. I would have been the perfect sex/organ trafficking victim had my son not been with me, because I was OUT OF IT the hour ride home I had. Get home and I am in constant pain for the entire next day. I call the emergency line, the doctor calls me back, Im like I was sent home with no pain meds or anything and Im in pain. He apologizes and says I left before getting it. UM NO SIR!! YOUR STAFF BOOTED ME OUT EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! He said they tried to call me but again I was in the uber KNOCKED OUT!! So after having to call the emergency number a couple of times, the prescriptions were finally sent. Once I had the prescriptions, I felt significantly better. After my surgery, I had no follow up with the doctor to tell me how the surgery went or nothing. Im sad because I paid the full amount due via care credit and now have to pay a monthly bill for service that was not as expected and didnt meet my expectations. I have incurred a financial obligation for poor service, smh. Never again. I dont even want to do my follow up care with them. read more
