They managed to capture all of the love and emotion that was at our wedding. I've seen a lot of wedding highlights and I could be biased, but I think ours was the best by far. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. I also purchased the doc edit which included the main highlights of our wedding such as speeches, cake cutting, first dances, etc. It was a bit more to add on, but to me worth it since this is, (and our pictures) is all we have left of our wedding. It all started when I sent a mass message request for quotes from various photographers around the Napa area. I had planned to do a surprise proposal for my now fiance and the responses I received were unhelpful and dry. Many responses were received such as "500 flat rate" or "not available". Well, Chris responded with a very thorough and inquiring message. He sent many many suggestions of places to propose at, what the area is like, what the staff is like ... man I can't name the countless details he has discussed with me. Point being, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what nobody else would. I had a few places in mind to propose at, but these suggestions Christophe made were fantastic. I'm talking vast mountain views and intimate settings. Open vineyards as far as the eye can see where no one is around but just you and that special person. He has done us a 100/10 service in helping plan and set up the surprise engagement. Christophe is special to me in the way that he has made this whole process a comfortable and exciting one. I was very nervous throughout the whole process and due to some miscommunication, I was devastated but Chris cleared everything up for me and the other parties involved, and from there I knew he was a man with a good heart that only wants the best for his clients. In preparation of the surprise engagement, he gave very very thorough and specific details. Like, there's no way you can go wrong!! It was so comforting knowing step by step what I should do and how to help my fiance get the best shots without compromising the surprise in any way. In the end, my fiance was so happy about the whole engagement that we couldn't stop talking about Chris and the venue the whole ride back to our hotel. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the photos and virtual staging shots exceeded my expectations and those of my clients. I received many compliments from prospective buyers and one person in particular who ended up being the buyer for this home. She made an offer without even stepping foot inside and as she told me later the photos and especially the floor plan provided by Sparks helped her feel more confident about the property. She did of course visit the home in person after her offer was accepted. But as a Realtor who knows photos are everything to a successful listing, this was especially nice to hear how significant the photos and floor plan were in her overall decision to move ahead and write the offer.
