Not only were they here on time as promised, but once it was found (within 10 mins) that the issue with my ice maker not working was a frozen piece of ice lodged in the wrong area of the ice maker, they did not even charge me for a service call. Amazing! .... Even I would have charged at least a nominal fee. They told me that if we continued to have a problem with the ice maker, call them back and they will address it. Then, the icing on the cake was that they called the next day to ask if we were still having any problems. Wow! ..... These folks will get my call the next time I have need for any appliance repair. All these negative reviews I see are because the appliance owners didn't meet the standards for the warranty to cover there appliances per the warranty description most refrigerator products have to be in climate control not outside the other issues are roaches and infestation of ants rats etc and I'd like to say also th se technicians I met Mr Jeremy And Mr Joshua Aultman are very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects they rebuilt my Subzero refrigerator I paid a lot of money for back in 1996 and it's working better than it did the day it was installed to see these men pull the unit out of the wall and replace both the compressors for the freezer and the refrigerator side and the condenser coils the evaporator coils in both sides and the door gaskets and the thermostat control for both sides and they reinstalled the unit and leveled my doors perfectly it wasn't installed the way they done it the day I got the unit the gentleman was very courteous and always yes sir no sir yes ma'am and no ma'am even to my teenage kids they was always courteous always apologizing sorry for being in the way when these technicians come in you can't guarantee you'll get your money's worth and it's awesome and amazing to watch them perform the work so skillfully and without any damage and better than before I highly recommend them for all your appliances Restoring and just general repairs whether under warranty or out of warranty it's ashame to see the low ratings they deserve so much more gratitude than warranty customers give

Bought an expensive LG refrigerator just under five years ago. Finally got to the point that it…read morewould not make ice in the door dispenser. Our local appliance repairman diagnosed the problem correctly and helped us contact LG warranty service and helped us navigate their "pass the buck" and "run around" tactics. Finally, LG agreed to have their authorized warranty service dealer contact us and come out to do the repair. Long story shortened: DDD service technician, Josh, immediately recognized the problem, removed and replaced the defective linear compressor and checked out all systems. We soon realized that our refrigerator had never cooled properly. Regardless of the settings, the freezer drawer never got below 15 - 20 degrees. The upper ice maker always dripped water, was slow making ice and food (especially ice cream) in the freezer drawer was never frozen solid. But within a couple of hours after Josh finished the compressor replacement the lower freezer drawer was at 0 ( zero ) degrees and the upper ice maker is producing ice as it should. I give DDD Appliance and Josh my highest recommendation for their service, reliability and courtesy. Jim Lever Tifton, GA P.S. Lowes's in Moultrie where we had purchaser this refrigerator, a dishwasher and freestanding range, all top of the line LG, acted as if they could care less about our problem and wouldn't even help us provide documentation of purchase/ delivery dates.
