Not only were they here on time as promised, but once it was found (within 10 mins) that the issue with my ice maker not working was a frozen piece of ice lodged in the wrong area of the ice maker, they did not even charge me for a service call. Amazing! .... Even I would have charged at least a nominal fee. They told me that if we continued to have a problem with the ice maker, call them back and they will address it. Then, the icing on the cake was that they called the next day to ask if we were still having any problems. Wow! ..... These folks will get my call the next time I have need for any appliance repair.
