Last minute, my insurance complicated my already approved CT scan. I had to make countless frustrating calls, plus I was going to need to reschedule. My simple already approved CT scan became a nightmare because of insurance. For me, it was very important that I had this scan done today on a Friday and not let this go into next week for other important reasons. However, things were not looking good for me, it was probably going to be rescheduled. Thankfully, Perla really put a lot of effort into making sure I had my scan performed on the same day. I am sure that someone else would of left me with no options but to reschedule after things were sorted out with insurance. She worked hard and patiently until things were resolved and fit me in later that same day. I am very grateful for what she did! Thank you! You made a good day out of my very bad day!

The gal at the front desk was friendly and showed me the restroom and water station before I sat to wait. I was greeted at exactly 7:30 by Joseph who is the nicest human ever! My first time getting a CT and he walked me through every step like a breeze. I was in and out in less than half an hour. The office is so nice, very clean and welcoming. Hopefully I don't have to go back but if I do, definitely going to this location!
