Efficient, friendly reception staff and very caring, knowledgeable nurse practitioner.

After discovering the difficulty of finding primary care in less than a month, I gave up and walked into FasTrac, where I was seen promptly. The interior signage says, "we are not an urgent-care" center but a "walk-in clinic." I don't know the difference, but I was grateful for the service, which moved along efficiently despite a high volume of patients and only one provider, NP Wegner, on duty. I have employed several medical professionals, and if I were looking to hire someone with NP Wegner's qualifications, I would be quick to hire her. She strikes the right balance between professionalism and congeniality, efficiency and compassion. Although my medical problem is not yet resolved (there are no magic cures!), I felt confident in her process and reassured by her interactions with me. The support staff were similarly patient and helpful. My standard for evaluating health professionals is whether I would refer my cherished loved ones, and I would definitely do so with NP Wegner. read more

This place is great. Very professional with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Big smiles. No dour faces. They solved my medical problem quickly and efficiently. In addition, I am privately paying for services and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be back. Wait. I'd rather not be back, but if I am sick, this is where I'll land. Bonus: I learned how *Sahuarita* is properly pronounced. The office is mask optional. There are a number of unfair, one-star reviews here. These reviews are based upon mask policy and NOT on the medical care received. Further, I can't take any of the complainers seriously. Why? Because if the mask issue was that important, these folks would have refused treatment, left the office, and found another medical office that required masks. Note: I got no ax to grind, I am not anti-mask. I have several death markers that Captain Trips™ (Covid) likes, including a degenerative lung disease. During the pandemic I was extremely careful and never went out in public without a mask. That was to protect me and not you. LOL read more

In past years I had received excellent care from the physician on staff at this clinic. However, yesterday When I went there I was shocked to learn that they have no mask requirements for either staff or patients. (Interesting that the hair salon next door has a sign on the window indicating that masks are required)! Receptionist was not wearing a mask, never smiled once, and was on the verge of being rude. Practitioner was not wearing a mask. Several patients in the waiting room were not wearing masks. Also, they don't accept Medicare Advantage plans. Just an FYI read more

Compared to other Urgent Care facilities I have visited, this rises above them all. From the kind and caring front desk person to the competent, caring, patient MD. who treated me, I have breathed a sigh of relief to know Fast Trac is nearby and ready for me if I need them again. I have been to this clinic 4 times and they have been professional, friendly and helpful every time! Any bad reviews probably stem from faulty info re mask mandates and efficacy. My advice to the complainers: By all means, wear your masks if it makes you feel safer but dont try to dictate to others! Love this place! read more

Great and wonderful staff! I wish my primary care doctor was this thoughtful and caring!! From the moment I called FasTrac to see if I needed an appointment I liked this group. Friendly and courteous phone assistance, and a wonderful doctor and nurse. My ear was blocked up due to allergies. After a great exam the doctor let me see what the inside of my ear looked like! I was super glad to know that I did not have any serious issues and that a RX was all I needed. I did not feel rushed, and had a very minimal wait to see the doctor. I highly recommend this team! read more

Visited yesterday for a Covid test. No mask on staff and NP and the place was packed. I asked the assistant why the staff was not wearing masks. Her answer was "I have my shots and the other two have had Covid. We don't need to wear a mask. But if it makes you uncomfortable I will put one on and ask the NP to wear one when she comes into see you." Poor medical example, will not be going back!! read more

Fast service and got what I needed. It's a shame all these negative reviews are because the staff doesn't wear masks. I will go back just because they didn't wear a mask and don't just watch CNN all day long like some of these other people leaving reviews. Masks don't prevent spread...read the box on the masks you buy. If you want to wear one for a false sense of protection, have at it. As for the work provided for a walk in bases the staff did great with the demand they were facing. read more

I visited Fastrac for obstructed ears. The wait was reasonable, but the doctor wasn't wearing a mask, and told me I didn't need to either. This is unconscionable for a medical professional. I should have left immediately. After looking at my ears for 30 seconds, the doctor told me I had no obstruction and prescribed a steriod, which did not help. I eventually visited Valley ENT. They cleaned my ears and treated the infection that was causing the issue. So, for $186.25, I was misdiagnosed and potentially exposed to a life-threatening virus. I will avoid Fastrac in the future at all costs. read more

You would think a medical service would follow recommended guidelines for safe practices during the pandemic. This center does not. The office is small with chairs side by side. The very worst part after waiting two hours for a covid test was that the doctor was not wearing a mask. He does not believe in them. I will never go to this place again. read more

I was really pleased to find an alternative to my regular provider, Banner. I was pretty sick and was unable to be seen for about 9 days unless I was willing to drive to Tucson to one of their clinics. I found Fastrac on line and drove to their location. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and I was happy to find that I didn't have to mask up. I was seen by Dr. Wenger in about thirty minutes. She was friendly, efficient, professional and helpful and informative. She has a very "common sense " approach, which I appreciate. They will be my go-to provider from now on. read more

I was required, by Banner Health Hospital to get a Covid Test because I have MDS blood cancer and am working towards a bone marrow transplant. The hospital gave me this clinic as a referral since I live in Green Valley. I walked in with my wife and the waiting room was small and full of waiting patients. I went up to the admission desk and the receptionist did not have on a mask. She gave me a form to fill out and I sat down with people coughing all around me. Then while I was handing the form back to the receptionist the nurse came in not wearing a mask then I looked down the hall and saw the Doctor and he too did not have on a mask. When it was my turn the nurse led me back to a room to give me a nose swab and i asked her politely if she would put on a mask before I took down my mask because I had cancer and was very highly immune deficient. She said she would go see if she could find one and left the room. When she came back she said she also took the doctor to wear a mask when he came in. So when he latter came in he walked in all cavalier and smug and asked me if I had any questions and I said yes, I'm confused I was referred to you by Banner Health Cancer Center because I have neutropenia and am getting an MRI and was wondering why no one on his staff wore a mask including him. He said mask do nothing to prevent the spread of Covid or anything else. He said they are only a false sense of security and nothing else. I told him that I can't afford to get any sickness from a cold to a flu. Because I was waiting for a transplant. And if I did I would no longer be a candidate for the transplant. He said he was sorry and expressed sympathy for my situation. I was never so stunned in all my life ! I walked out of there feeling dirty like I just walked out of a porn shop. I went out to the car and took up the wet wipes and cleaned my hands and my cell phone three times. Then I went home and sat in my chair to detox and prayed to Jesus that I didn't pick up a virus from someone in that clinic including the office staff or the doctor. read more

AVOID this facility like the plague, unprofessional and refused to wear masks. I was astonished and walked right. Any medical facility that refuses to even attempt to keep their patience safe should be closed immediately. read more
