My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. They didn't want to take it back and they wanted me to pay for a SIM card. I was also told I had a full warranty from Apple. Nope Apple told me had to pay to fix this bad phone I purchased.
