Called to check if they have a specific phone in stock before driving there. When I got there of course there was a customer ahead of me so I waited. Once the customer left I had to wait another 10 minutes bc they couldn't get into the safe which was only able to be opened every 10 minutes. The guy finally brings out the wrong phone. He proceeds to tell me that, yes they have the one I wanted but were told not to sell it bc it had problems. It was obviously a lie bc I had researched this phone prior and would have seen something saying that. I ended up purchasing the phone from Best Buy.

Hello, WOW - I cant…read moresay enough about this Conway cell repair business "Jeff-Tronics" They brought my iphone back from the dead!!! Going back a few months ago I woke up to find I lost my iPhone the night before!!! It was practically new, I had no insurance on it... I didn't find all that out until the day after I lost it! Needless to say, I was devastated!!!!!! My cell phone is my life / brain!!! Without it, I had no access to any contacts, family or friends. Fast Forward.... My iphone just recently was found & it was not working!! I got in touch with a couple of other phone repair companies locally that told me there was no hope for my iphone they couldn't fix it & that I would have to buy a new one. Well Thursday I saw an add on Facebook MarketPlace for "Jeff-Tronics" in Conway. I sent them a text, they replied promptly to my messages got me in early the very next morning and they fixed it while I waited and didnt charge me an arm and a leg!!!!! It kills me that none of the other cell repair companies I called wouldn't even look at it. All they wated to do is sell me a new phone!!!!!!!!!! I have been so lost without my iPhone!!!! I am so happy its back and better than ever!!!!!! I am calling my cell phone service / provider tomorrow to get insurance on it!!! I give "Jeff Tronics" Five stars !!!!
