Very friendly but parts are junk. Wife's iPhone had a broken screen. Took it in for a new screen…read moreand a battery replacement while it was opened up. First they forgot to replace the battery and had to open it back up. Upon leaving the store I noticed that the new screen constantly cycled the Lock Screen on and off at random. Also would not charge properly. Took it back a few days later and they agreed to replace the battery and the screen. After replacing the screen and battery they couldn't even get it to turn back on. Turns out both screens were defective out of the box. Junk parts. Replaced the screen again and it worked fine........for a week. Screen cracked under the glass and the phone was completely unusable. Took it back and was told that it was physical damage and they wouldn't warranty it. They were willing to replace the screen again at a cost. I said no way I'm doing that and I will never have a phone repaired by anyone again after this nightmare of an experience. It may not have been there fault but the parts they sell are junk and very fragile. After approximately 3 hours of wasted time and $200 I would never recommend them to anyone.

I travelled to this METRO PCS store from Martinsburg because the clerk in Martinsburg told me that…read morethey did not have the model of phone I was looking for (they also kept trying to sell me a more expensive service plan). When I got to the store in Hagerstown they actually had the phone I was looking for and they said they could transfer the number. Despite this the store manager brought up being put on a more expensive plan a couple of times. I told them about my experience at the other store and that I really didn't want a new plan at which point the manager made some comment about me being triggered. After going through a 30 min process to get my new phone activated, the manager turns around and tells me that I can only get a new phone with the new plan and that I would have to contact the company to change that plan back. He said the only way to get a new phone without a new plan was to do it through the company, I decided to get a new phone without a new plan through T-Mobil website. When I contacted the website they told me what I had just been told at the store in Hagerstown was completely untrue. This company seems to combine the hard sell with misinformation to force you to get a more expensive plan. After the four hours I spent on this I should be the one getting paid!
