I was there last July, and I picked up about 20 games and an NES. I have been watching their videos online for a long time, and I spoke with them for two hours about everything retro. I honestly said I admired them to them at least 10 times, along with 'I'm such a big fan,' and that's all factual. Sam and Joe are the nicest people I've ever met in a game store. When I put the games on the counter, they cleaned the NES cartridges several times double double-checking that it was clean and working. I drove from Panama City to Fort Walton Beach to go to the best video game store in the world. To all the video game stores, I got to Rad Junk in Fort Walton Beach has the best customer service, the best selection of games, the best decorated, and the most nostalgia all in one store. Honestly, the perfect video game store. When I was paying, Joe asked me what my shirt size was and gave me a free shirt, like OMG, they are so sweet. Another thing I must add is when I got back to my hotel in Panama City, and I tested out my NES, and it didn't start. So I called them about it, and they came to me in an 1hr and a half to give me a working one. I was so thankful when they actually did that. They have other merchandise for sale also, like t-shirts and older game/comic oriented memorabilia. It's small inside and somewhat disorganized. This is one of the better retro video game stores that I have seen. Prices were spot on, great selection, and everything was organized nicely. They had several things not normally seen in other retro game stores, such as arcade cabinets and CRT TVs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
