Customer service was great and plus they make feel you welcome. The only problem I had was a card I was wanting to purchase and they wouldn't budge on the price even though I show them what the going rate was for the card. It's not really a big deal but I didn't get it because they wanted way too much money even though it was selling for a lot less. I while up getting the card for three times less on eBay. 1st trip into Ben's today. Ben was awesome as was everyone there. I could tell that they have the passion that collectors deserve. Ben has a display case featuring local players and celebrities which I thought was really cool. Can't wait to open my new Topps Chrome Mega Box and the NHL mega pack. The store had a wide selection for all audiences, but most staff was unfriendly which caused me not to purchase any Pokémon or similar products. There were two employees within the sports section who were engaging and provided great service, but the owner seemed as if my type was not worthy to communicate with effectively when asking questions. He was very short and walked away while I asked questions. The purchases that I made was primarily for those staff member and knowing that sales assist with their pay. read more

It's really good. This place is so good. They may not have the best supply in all the time, or the most accurate prices (I payed $6 for Dead Space 2, it's $45 for 1-2 Switch) but that feeling of finding a deal is something that feels incredible. It is always interesting seeing what they have and the staff are amazing. I've gone here since 2013 and it is still way better than Trade Outpost or Hyperspace. This place doesn't rip you off too much either like Trade Outpost. The location and area is great, they have the BEST card collection in Pensacola EASILY and it isn't close. This store was great! As soon as I walked in, it felt nostalgic..especially with the walls of Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering cards, and the racks of PS1 and Sega Genesis games! Prices are very fair, especially for the older games. If you're a fan of Magic the Gathering, they have a HUGE selection here, with good prices. The staff seems knowledgeable and can answer most questions you have about the game. One weekend I was here, I saw that they were hosting a Magic the Gathering tournament, and there were quite a few players there too! Pretty dope..lol :D read more

From their sealed to singles selection, Mike and his team do a great job supporting the Magic community with fairly priced TCG supplies and cards. While the store no longer offers any play space for gaming anymore, they invest their time & effort into supporting a local Pokemon and Magic the Gathering secondary card market by buying & trading cards for cash or store credit. They curate and maintain an extensive collection that you can even order cards online for store pick up or delivery. An excellent retro game shop, the best overall in the Pensacola area. Good selection across a variety of platforms, to include Genesis, Sega CD, and Saturn, whereas most retro game stores tend to have primarily classic Nintendo items, with only a few, if any, Sega pieces available. Prices were generally slightly less than current game values and eBay pricing. There are good deals to be had if you're willing to take the time to research a game's value. Store owner was very friendly and was a pleasure to talk to about all things retro, gaming, and otherwise. This is a must-visit location for any retro gamer passing through the Pensacola area, and a regular stop for any locals. I'll be certain to come back next time I'm in the neighborhood. read more
