If you value a quality construction, this is who you go too. i have built 3 other homes in my lifetime and while this process took longer than any other project, I can honestly say that this house is better constructed where it matters. Anyone can make the cosmetic side of a home look good but it's the bones that make a house a home. Best house I've ever owned...... read more

Built screened porch and new bathroom. Remodeled existing bath. While construction seems solid, refuses to correct improper winterization installation. Finish work on bath was poor. read more

Radlund completed 2 projects for us a complete kitchen remodel and a master bedroom remodel with new LVT flooring throughout our home. David and his crew were excellent. They were very responsive and provided guidance in making some of the design decisions. The quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding. Most importantly with anyone who does work for you is communication. He does an excellent job in keeping you informed. I believe the value of his work is reflected in in everything he does.
