I wish I could give this a better review. I will start off…read moreby saying that Jake was an absolute rockstar and without him my wedding probably would've fallen apart, so I'm very thankful for him. But the reality of it was that we had paid for a rental package for my wedding that included a wireless handheld mic, a stand for the mic, 2-12 in speakers, stands for the speakers, and the necessary cords. The day of pickup (the day before the wedding-per the rental agreement) they helped put the items into my car and we drove home to set up for the wedding. When we get home and started setting everything up, we noticed they did not include the stands for the speakers, they gave us a body pack mic (which isn't what we paid for nor is it feasible for a wedding with speeches and a ceremony with multiple people speaking) and the mic didn't even work since the inside was corroded. After realizing we didn't have most of what we needed we called the store and luckily for us Jake answered. He came all the way to our home at 10pm with everything we were missing, including the correct mic and made sure everything worked properly before he left. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for him and what he did to correct the problem. Unfortunately, the day after the wedding and dropping off our rentals the person who assisted us had no interest in helping us bring the rentals back into the store. We had no idea where to leave them and they were clearly frustrated that we had asked for their help. My husband cannot lift anything due to doctor's orders so I needed help and to be met with the employee's frustration after everything we had dealt with this business was just so disheartening. Overall, I just wish there was some better communication throughout the store. Everything just felt disorganized and it was obvious from the beginning. As someone who also works in customer service, I hate to even leave this review but the amount of stress this caused us was overwhelming. But I do want to give another shoutout to Jake because he really made it happen for us, and I will always be so grateful for him.
