Danny's new 'digs' are down the street from their previous location. This one is in the same 'strip' as CVS Mohegan Lake. Clean, spacious, well organized. Once again it didn't work but yet, they still insisted that nothing was wrong with it and the "tech" there, Charlie, had the ever living b***s to argue with me. He argued with me! I ended up calling Specialized's customer service and the regional sales guy went and picked it up and brought it somewhere else. It turns out that Charlie isn't certified to work on my bike. The guy doesn't know what a short is. Doh! Incompetent Poor and rude customer service A no go.
