Great Food, Great Server Livia, great atmosphere, great location, and cleanliness was great. But…read morefor my wife's and I anniversary I wanted to play the junk box at 4:45 PM on March 10, 2026, to play Music Groups, Aerosmith, "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing", and Savage Garden, "I Knew I Loved You". So I approached the juke box, and the bar tender Whoever said, that this is a family-owned restaurant, and they don't play the juke box during the day, because it is a family restaurant, but they have the Game Room, playing crude country music that doesn't respect the family, and they say my music is going make trouble. Plus they can have restricted stuff from not playing, instead, I felt singled out as a guest there. Yes, you can have your double standard rules, because this is America, and the freedom to do whatever you feel like, but that does not mean I have to go there to be singled. I don't have to go back there. The first time was great in January, but on my wife and I anniversary of 26 years, I think I can find a place where I feel more welcomed. It is always the case of passing a great place down through the family, in order for it feel unwelcomed of the glory days. Yes, I know this place has been around since the 1990's, but it is a very unwelcoming place. You can act nice, while showing you didn't want us there. They said it was because Karaoke was at 7PM, while a minute song at 4:45PM. While they didn't even know what songs I was going to place. Again, I thought it would be an old-fashioned feel. Thus instead, I felt the Cold Ridged Religious Feel that was a double standard of Gambling Rooms and so forth. Yes, I went to seminary and everything else, but I am going to let everyone choose their own path. They have their ridged rules, but that does not mean I have to eat there, especially for anniversaries. It is not an anniversary or a place for specially occasions. Again, it doesn't bother me one bit, because I move on, but I am raised with certain values to tell what I believe. My wife felt the onion soup was too breaded and cheesy. They had a great Salad and Gluten Free Pizza. And the bathrooms are clean when I went in there, but I don't feel welcomed there. Like you're a stranger that should never return. I just wonder.

Food was very good. Service was great. Typical bar vibe but nothing crazy during the day. They…read morelooked to have a nice outdoor patio area and saw signs for a banquet area, so it seems like you can do about anything there

The rice and broccoli was swimming in the glaze and therefore tasted like it. We also order zucchini planks. They were well presented but were way too salty and I like salt! It was noisy as happy hour was going on. We had hope to be in the dining area which has an outdoor dining area. Our server was efficient and very nice. That was the only thing good about the experience. The 2 people I brought were unimpressed and said they won't be back. I will as I know the salads and sandwiches offer some good choices.

We tipped her well. Our food, yes we had eight people with simple orders but over AN HOUR wait? The restaurant was empty and bar had 4 people drinking beer. I mean not one person eating in restaurant area. While waiting AFTER we ordered approx 4 other families came in, ordered, got drinks, got soup and salads, then food... then our food came. None I mean none of our food was served warm. How sad. This is bar food...That's my pet peeve. My dad's fish was so well done that it was black and he couldn't break it in half with his hands hardly, the worst ever. We couldn't understand HOW COULD the COOK send it out like that ??? So dad got to watch us all eat. When we were done, his came out. Nope, NEVER Again. We went out of our way to go there. So disappointed. I chose the place for my dads and sisters birthday celebration - HUGE mistake.

A Hidden Gem in Washington, PA!…read more The Washington Brewing Company is the real deal! You can absolutely taste the love in every beer--they clearly take pride in their craft. Each brew we tried was smooth, flavorful, and uniquely their own. We shared a few appetizers and every bite was fantastic, but the fried zucchini sticks were the standout--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Definitely a must-try! Their happy hour is a great deal, and the atmosphere is just what you'd want in a local brewery: relaxed, welcoming, and fun. The location is spot-on--easy to get to, with plenty of space inside and out. To top it all off, the staff have been incredible--knowledgeable about the beers, super friendly, and genuinely fun to talk to. It's the kind of place where you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. We'll definitely be back. Cheers to great beer and even better people!

I have been to Washington more times than I can county yet I hadn't been here yet for some odd reason but we decided to change that on the way to the airport. Before arriving me and my gf were rather hungry so we were looking on Yelp for a place to eat before deciding to stop in here for a quick bite and a cold beer on a smoking hot day. Upon arrival it seemed like a cool place and had plenty of parking behind the business. Although once we entered the business the atmosphere seemed kind of off and unappealing. Everyone looked pissed off or unfriendly. The servers weren't much better if I am being honest, which I always am when leaving reviews. We sat at the bar for a few minutes before I had to ask a girl who was too busy chatting away with another girl for a menu and water. We needed someone to cool us off immediately due to it being extremely hot outside. TBH: nothing is more of a put off than entering a business you are about to spend money in and seeing the wait staff on their phones ignoring the people who are there to help them make money cause God forbid you don't tip someone 20% who are on Instagram 85% of the time you are there and instead of asking if you need anything else while you are constantly saying, can I have another this or that. SMH! The wait staff here seemed all over the place and it wasn't even busy when we stopped in. I guarantee every single person who was working was behind the bar at some point and we either had to ask for more water, more sour cream, more whatever; that's annoying! We started off by ordering a flight of beer and that seemed like a whole job in itself to the waitress. Then we decided to go with the nachos. Which I must say took way too long to arrive considering there was only 8-10 people max while we were there and easily 5-6 waiters and 2-3 bartenders. The beer was good and the nachos were pretty decent as well. Neither was anything to write home about but they did their job. Another thing I did notice about this place is it seemed grimmy and more of a bar than an actual brewery. Most of the time when a brewery needs to serve liquor it just doesn't have great beer or great brewery vibes that us brewery lovers go for and we rarely return, sadly. There was nothing welcoming about this place and with the food being just decent and the wait staff not being of the greatest in the personality and service categories I'd say there is a 99% chance we won't return or recommend this place to any of our friends or colleagues. Thanks and good luck :)
