I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for maintenance and a few other jobs I need to address in the future.

Moved into new home in Nov 2025 and had contacted Raul before that to begin coordinating our…read morefencing needs. Problem on our end was getting the land survey team back out to mark the boundary line adjustments. This resulted with multiple delays with being able to give Raul clear definition of where the fencing would be installed. And then came the snow delays. With each delay, Raul patiently waited for those issues to be resolved and made numerous trips to assess and address questions we had regarding fence composition, construction, gates, etc. Finally got a land surveyor (a really good one by the way - White Stone Land Surveying - Bob Tedesco) to come out, identify property markers and add more markers for the unusual curvature of our left property line. Contacted Raul and he was out the next day, assessed the work and provided a quote to do the work. 2 days later, the work commenced and 2 days after that, Flores Fence had constructed a very nice pressure treated wood fence with 1x2 in pool mesh wire. The fence encloses nearly 4 acres and has two small and 2 double-wide gates. The price was very competitive. The workers were very respectful of the property and the communication was superb. As a bonus, Raul moved the electric cow fence that was over the property line. Our every expectation was fully met. Fast, high quality, competitively priced work. Thanks.

He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the roofing shingles he installs (Owens Corning) and very detailed on his installation procedures and how he backs his workmanship and his future availability to respond to any questions or problems. Problem is, once he completed our roof installation, he collected his check and despite my numerous attempts to contact him via telephone and email, he has completely ghosted us. The reason I needed to follow up with him is there are three elements of our contract he has yet to complete. My fault, I know better but I paid him before all the work was completed. Part of the contract was his obligation to file our warranty with Owens Corning. I called Owens Corning and they have no record of Jason filing the paperwork. I believe his roofing crew did a good job on my roof installation, but I'm very disappointed that he walked away without completing all elements of our contract and now refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
