Mike was great to deal with and even did a great job in treating my neighbor (one of the trees overhangs her yard and they needed to put the chipper on her driveway) with respect and made sure they didn't damage her yard. They are proud of their work and it showed in how they handled themselves. Mike kept checking with me to make sure they were doing what I expected them to do. They even cut the tree to length for me so that I could use it for firewood (i did the splitting). I couldn't be more pleased with them and highly recommend them. I have many old pine trees that shed huge limbs in the winter. He came by and assesed the situation and recommended that I take care of two trees that were dangerously 'crotched'. I also needed stump grinding and tree removal. He worked out a reasonable estimate which he allowed me to pay in installlments and began the job. It was all done in a very professional manner, and my house in now safe from being crushed in the next huge wind and snow storm that seem to be occuring with climate change in the offing! I also bought firewood from him, which he sells by the truckload which equals 2+ cords, you can negotiate to have the wood stacked as well. Beware of using them! you have to know tree language first..pruning, trimming, cutting, cleaning…read moreetc. Walter quoted 4 of 6 trees and got 4 wrong......couldn't even do one tree. Walter lied about the work and what they did..no before and after...doesn't even look like work was performed....Walter didn't do one thing he agreed...he was going to make an appointment to come talk to me but just showed up...contacted company by phone and email with no response...apparently Walter is the only one to talk too and in charge. Argued with me about everything... just a total terrible experience - we will never use them again I can't say enough about how bad Walter is...absolutely the worst to do business with
