The take on how it was presented with the reverse sourdough roll and all of the flavors of the slaw and sauce and pork coming together. Yum!!! And even gave us a sample of the lobster roll which is delicious. We ended up getting a dozen large crabs, which he generously gave us a discount on, along with the crab cake platter. Every single bite was outstanding. The crabs were perfectly seasoned, and the crab cake was packed with fresh crab and absolutely delicious.
