The sauces are solid. I had to take away a star for the highly disappointing pork. It was dry as the Sahara and lacked smoke. That was a bummer. For the second visit, I got bold and ordered brisket. It was tender, juicy, and had just enough smoke to make me happy. I got the greens again and coleslaw. Both sides were great. In all my years of visiting the area, I would have never consider eating barbecue. I can happily say that Bethany Blues changed my mind. I hope to try the pork again and upgrade this review.
