Horrible customer service. Can not hit a deadline. Owner is rude, they made a mistake on a garment and told me to cut the stitching out myself. She's the one that made the mistake. Every time I have been in this site the owner is cranky and rude. read more

Terrible! Called on the phone to see if they would print or embroider 3 shirts and they said if I wanted to come down in person they could probably work something out. I came down (brought in my own shirts as discussed on the phone) and for one line on each shirt they wanted a $20 set up fee plus $15 per shirt. You can find WAY cheaper online with better turnaround time. So much for supporting a local business. Icing on the cake was that they were very unfriendly in person. read more

Being new commuter between Scottsdale to Cottonwood I was hard-pressed to find a place that would be able to do a measly one-shirt embroidery job. But Ragtime didn't hesitate to take on such a small order and to top it off they charged me 45% less than the original quote because "it was so easy to do". The quality was impeccable, service was timely and staff was super courteous. I wish I had a bigger order for them and if/when I do, I'll definitely bring it to them when I'm up here rather than my Scottsdale tailor. read more
