They might be working well, but as soon as I entered their facilities, a very strong smell of synthetic perfume hit my nostrils. The kind that stays on clothing if you let them a few days in contact with these fragrances. Diffuser, scented candles, personal care products? Although my needed job, a hem, sounded simple enough , I only had a two week window and the pants were a palazzo polyester pleated leg. I didn't want a turned up hem but a bound bottom. The owner didn't flinch, measured the length, and told me to return in two weeks. They were completed on time, steamed and ready for an evening out. The owner was pleasant, the shop orderly and I believe fairly priced. Additionally, I was given a cloth tote. I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be altered (hem for 3 layer chiffon skirt, bust, and straps needed to be taken in/shortened). I called to make an appt and he said I could just stop by anytime. The owner (Bali) was so well dressed and professional as soon as I walked in the door. I put on my dress and he had it chalked where it needed to be taken in within 5 minutes. He was willing to have it done in 3 hours which was insane! But I told him not to rush and I picked it up in a couple days due to my work schedule. When I picked it up, he made sure I tried it on since he had to take it in and it fit great! To top it off, his prices are sooo reasonable that I couldn't believe it!
