It seems to me that this Doctor and this business is not qualified to offer any type of care without stipulation. And Dr. Hennessey is not Qualified to preform even the mere standard amount of care. She is the first Doctor who has been able to look at all of my mental health challenges as a whole and treated them effectively. She has helped effectively treat me as well as knowing how to duke it out with insurance when needed. The only gripes I have are that it can be difficult to contact the front office, though I suspect this is not their fault and have a high patient load.

Apparently I was dismissed from their care without notification. When my pharmacy called 3x to have my medication refilled. during this time I never received my appointment notification or link to my presumed video appointment so I called the office. I never received a call back. I called two more times over the span of a week and still had no answer or knowledge I was no longer a patient . This resulted in my running out of medication and scrambling to try and find a psychiatrist. i have had to take time off of work as a result of not having medication. I have a receipt from paying up front for services so I'm very confused about what happened. As far as I am concerned this constitutes patient abandonment which is a serious ethics violation in my field at least.
