The covid protocol at…read morethis office is so heavily in place that it slows down the entire process of getting into the office and I waited in my car for over 45 minutes since even with masks they will not let you into the waiting room. You must call them on the phone for every move you make here. The physicians assistant took my temperature which was high due to sitting outside in 88 degree weather and then acted afraid of me when she needed to scan my forehead again which was a normal temperature after being allowed to be in a cooled office. They require you to immediately sign a hold harmless waiver to see anyone there so that if you contract covid they will not be liable for your death. The PA who did the blood draw stabbed me pretty good deep in my nerve while the needle was still in my arm, had me hold my own blood with needle still in my arm while she got vials out of the cabinet and also made comments that were insensitive and victim blamed me for my own past lack of medical care. The main doctor seemed nice enough. He did not introduce the med student that trailed him into the office which I found slightly rude. Being quite honest I feel as though if I didn't have an idea of what I needed to be tested for I would have left the appointment with absolutely nothing being done. I will update this review after a second appointment but as it stands today I am not impressed. Updated 7/21 The second appointment was canceled indefinitely. After trying to ask the receptionist who called me to confirm approximately how long the follow up could take because of a childcare issue I had, she told me to "calm down"as patronizingly as she could. My voice was completely calm but I could have been speaking quickly. Perhaps you meant slow down, as that statement would have been FAR LESS RUDE. I asked the question simply because of them not letting multiple people in the waiting room due to their own covid protocols I had previously mentioned and not wanting to potentially expose my child to Corona. No one going through health issues deserves to be belittled or uncomfortable in their medical journey especially when trying to ask a question for the safety of themselves or their family. When I asked for my records to be mailed she then quoted a completely wrong address which has never been on file just to be difficult. Most unprofessional staff I've encountered in my life. He spent close to 30 minutes answering all of my questions in detail. Also, his questions to me were more thorough so I I feel comfortable being under his care. He listened to our concerns for each kiddo and met us with easy steps to follow for them. But I didn't just see Dr. Glade. My daughter's follow up visits were with his PA and while I think she made my daughter feel at ease in the office, she dismissed my mom gut early on and claimed my daughters tantrums and sleep disturbances were purely developmental. I listened to her because she was confident in her diagnosis, but after a long and sleepless summer, I went to Dr. Glade for a second opinion and he agreed with what my mom gut was saying and ordered a sleep study to make sure my daughter's tonsils were the culprit to her sleep and behavior issues. Turns out my gut was spot on. My daughter wasn't struggling with toddler developmental milestones, but sleep apnea, and it was effecting everything. Something that could have been looked into and dealt with months ago when I had first voiced my concerns to the PA. Dr. Glade validated my concerns and did not hesitate to look into them. After reviewing her sleep study he confirmed my suspicions and we are scheduled to have her tonsils removed next month. Parents, if you are wanting a doctor who listens to you and genuinely cares for your kids, look no further than Dr. Glade.

Which is not true because now that I have paid an ER co-pay., my insurance absolutely has paid for it. So they're they won't treat you an emergency. If you say you were in the physical presence of your work when you did it even if you're in an active emergency. Because they don't understand workers comp laws, to the point that they're willing to sacrifice patient care. I am certain that the four stitches I got will end up cost costing less than my ER co-pay. Thank you. It was an unbelievable experience and not in a terrible way.
