They had professional offices, planned to do the procedures in what I thought was the most professional way, and the Dentist was very experienced with this procedure. I've had the tooth removed and bone replacement graft. After waiting a few months for that to heal, Ive now had the surgical implant of the steel implant to support the new tooth. Both procedures were done with precision. I was very satisfied with the work done.

Even when I voiced that I was getting nervous my dentist stopped everything and talked me through the options and made me feel comfortable and confident in the plans moving forward. IIn my 30+ years, I've never not had a crown hurt for months (years) after. The next day, no pain at all. I couldn't believe it. Fast forward a few years. I needed another crown and I was actually googling to find him because I refused to see another dentist. I felt like I hit the jackpot when I learned he had his own dentistry and was just a few miles away. Even my daughter (19) who was traumatized from prior procedures, has had (fillings, crowns to a root canal) from Dr. Chu with no problem. Dr. Chu is a down to earth person, actually listens, goes slow and will use small needles for numbing. He truly cares for his customers. He goes the best route to save as much natural tooth as possible and that is significant. Fritz is wonderful and so is the whole staff. I no longer fear the dentist. I no longer have pain for months after a crown or root canal. The world needs more dentists like this and I'm so thankful we crossed paths. I recommend Dr. Chu and his team to everyone I know. He was incredibly rude, impatient, unprofessional, and even gaslighting!!! Nitrous mask was not fitting, he yells at me "in 13 years nobody has ever complained about what you're complaining about." I tired to explain that I wasn't complaining and that I have the exact same problem with N95 masks, they don't fit my nose shape, this is a well documented problem for people with certain nose shapes. He talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain telling me to "calm down, calm down, calm down" when I was already calmly explaining, he just didn't want to listen. Later I told him he bumped my tooth with the drill, he tells me he's recording me, as if I was lying about that! I was extremely offended because I am an honest person and had given him no reason to distrust me, I shrug and say what does that have to do with anything? He tells me "don't try to hit me." because I shrugged! As soon as the tools were out of my mouth I ran out crying. Horrible person and the dental work matches the exact kind of carelessness you would expect from a person like this. In the photos you will see that the Lower right corner of my front left tooth was chipped, both of his feelings were jagged, the wrong color, rough not smooth. Just absolutely garbage work. Now I have to get it fixed for a third time! I can't even smile right now because my smile is hideous thanks to him.
