We got a deal we were all happy with in the end and closing went incredibly smooth. They also had great advice for navigating the market, and despite the fact that we could not put the property up for sale for a year due to estate/legal issues, they were still giving it their all and sending me information and helping me set up the property to prepare it to sell throughout this time.
